Beautiful and Convenient Location
Really beautiful house, nicely decorated, equipped and a great location. The property manager was quick to respond when I had questions. My only complaint (and this is across the board with VRBO Properties) is the steep cleaning fees coupled with the fact that you are requested to then strip the beds and take out the trash, etc.

Awesome Sedona house
Great place to stay. You will feel like you are right by the mountain. West Sedona is so close to downtown, you will be right where you need to be. Don't hesitate to book this house.

Perfect spot in Sedona
We loved our stay here. Despite the heat wave, we were able to hike all around Sedona in the mornings and come back and relax in this perfect house all afternoon. Location is great and house was extremely well kept. Back yard view is so perfect it almost looks fake. Owner of property was very attentive to an issue that arose and handled it as quickly as he could. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great stay!
We had a really great stay! This property was the PERFECT location. Close to everything and great views. The only downfall is there is not enough hot water. Two people can take a quick shower but by the end, the water is cold. Everything else was great though and the host was very responsive! Would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!
This was a great house for our trip to Sedona. Easy access to hiking trails, Peace Park, and the Art Market. Short drive to Jerome and Cottonwood too! The house itself was great- the backyard was great to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Highly recommend sitting on the front porch and taking in the stars at night- the neighborhood is a dark sky community, and it doesn't disappoint! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect for cooking and snacking. Looking forward to staying again!

Quick Sedona Visit
Really enjoyed our quick visit to Sedona and stay! House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, clean and spacious. Back patio was the icing on the cake with the view of the rocks!! Washer/dryer was nice. Beds comfortable. Hallway bathtub was slow to drain, but was nothing concerning. Also asked property manager about a fire and said no burn ban right now, but we didn't have a fire anyways. Was sad to only stay a short 2 nights and can't wait to return!

Great Sedona house and location
This house served all our needs for our trip. Nice quiet neighborhood, GREAT views of the red rocks from outside area, close to trailheads and restaurants! Seemed to be well stocked house. We just had to buy a few items like kitchen bags, Kleenex, dishwasher tabs n paper towels. Easy check in n rental group very accommodating and easy to work with. Would recommend this house to others.

Solitude and beauty
This place was the perfect location from everything. Loved the neighborhood. The night star viewing was spectacular. While I was looking forward to having a fire outside, that was not possible due to the conditions. The indoor fireplace more than made up for it. It was so cozy and relaxing. It was so clean and well maintained. Loved the sound system so much I ordered one!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with those who appreciate it. I hope to return someday.

Great House, Great Location
Clean, functional, great location. Super convenient to food markets. Spacious, functional kitchen made food prep easy. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Gets lots of light. We really enjoyed having meals at the house over going out all the time. Minor problems: (1) Bedroom fireplace is very drafty, needed to cover with cushions to keep cold air from blowing in (2) Bathroom sink drain plug wouldn't stay up, had to jam something into it to drain. (3) Gas grill ran out of propane Other than that, perfect stay.

Good but could have been better
Overall good property at great location. Several family members got allergies most likely due to pet s staying before us. One of the cough cushions was chewed up. Temperature control was erratic and shower water gets cold if showering simultaneously in both bathrooms. A portable fan would have been nice as only master bedroom has a fan.

Nearly perfect...BUT...
This is a lovely home in an extremely peaceful neighborhood and prime location in West Sedona! The property management is very attentive and great communicators. The beds are comfy, the air conditioning is comfortable and quiet and the WiFi is reliable. We wouldn't hesitate to return except for one MAJOR item...the refrigerator. It is not just loud it is obnoxiously loud -- like jet-engine loud. AND it runs constantly. There are no controls to turn it down or off, which means even if you don't want to use it, you'll have to listen to it. You can't hear it from the bedrooms if the doors are closed, but if you are trying to enjoy the common area, it is almost unbearable. Fortunately we only really used the home to shower and sleep. And since the master bedroom has a TV, that's where we ended up relaxing once we were home for the night. (One solution would be to play your music loudly and it MIGHT drown out the fridge.)One other note: The shower in the master is extremely tight. I'm 5'4" and had a hard time moving out of the water to soap up and wash my hair. (My husband ended up using the guest shower which he said was great). Installing a moveable shower head would solve this issue.
