Welcome to our newly updated 270 sq. ft. modern studio suite in Sedona. We are centrally located in West Sedona with convenient access to the best restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, and hiking trails within 10 minutes of the house.

Only 2 minutes to Whole Foods and Posse Grounds Park!

This private apartment comfortably sleeps 2 guests.
**This is a lower level apartment that is located below another rental unit. You may hear noise from other guests in unit above.**

The closest trailhead, Sugarloaf Trail, is only half a mile from the house and features one of the most scenic summits in West Sedona.

**This rental includes the lower level unit of a three unit rental home. There is a rental unit located above this studio.

The guests will have access to the entire rental unit and a shared outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is shared with one other studio rental unit.

I am not physically located at the property but am available remotely as needed.

This studio is located in West Sedona, a residential neighborhood in Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and art galleries.

A car is required for exploring the Sedona area. Parking is available in the driveway but street parking is not available in our neighborhood.

Weekly/Monthly Stays Welcome!

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours and dark sky hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

Great for a small retreat
The small apartment was very clean and well out together. Communication with Clara was clear and quick, she checked in before, during, and after the stay. Laundry and shower worked great. I didn't eat in the home but there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware for eating in. Would stay again!

Excellent Location
Just out of the busy hubub of Sedona, this clean little apartment is in a great location. It was comfortable and we lacked nothing. There is a large step up to the shower, so if this is an issue for you please make an inquiry about this. Other than that it was reasonably priced for Sedona and cozy for 2 people.

Cute, clean, quiet & centrally located
We stayed here for an anniversary trip. We stayed in Sedona the year prior but stayed on the south end of town for that trip. For the purposes of this trip and trailswe wanted to hike, this location was much better! Everything was within a few minutes from groceries & coffee shops to trailheads, shopping & restaurants. It's a smaller place and I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people, but the perfect spot for a couple! We spent most of each day out hiking on the trails and this was the perfect respite at the end of the day. One morning, we even witnessed a herd of javalinas out on the patio while sipping morning coffee.

Getaway Trip To Sedona
We had a 4 day stay in Sedona in this lovey Studio that was centrally located to everything. It was convenient for hiking, scenic drives, wonderful food and shopping. I cannot think of a better place to stay for the price. Clara was helpful if you had any questions. We loved our time in Sedona and hope to come back. The Red Rocks are gorgeous there. If we do this is where we will plan on staying again. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable as well.

Small yet efficient! Also my well behaved Border Collie was Welcome too:)
Even without a stove I was able to cook each night on the electric single burner provided (and the microwave)! Fridge was decent size too. A few helpful condiments were provided as well:); greatly Appreciated! Equally wonderful was the location--so close to Sugarloaf TH and its various trails (we walked from the studio each time) and Possy Park too, as well as being very close to grocery stores, Yoga, etc. I also gravel-biked right from the place too:)). It was just right for me. I could hear footsteps from the place above in the mornings, perhaps the only drawback, yet never any voices. Only two things Id wished for was a box of kleenex and an ice tray for the freezer. Any cleaning person who came to the other two units was friendly:). Amazing little place in AWEmazing Sedona for a single traveler!!!

Perfect location for Sedona adventures
I stayed at this property with my 23 year old daughter. The unit is small, as described but it had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom and enough kitchen space to enjoy a few simple meals in. It is a lower unit, so we did get noise from the upstairs guests, but they were respectful of quiet hours so it wasn’t an issue. The best feature of this property is the location. It is located in downtown Sedona, but away from the high traffic area so we were able to easily get to hiking trails, shops and restaurants. Clara was very organized and had great communication before and after our stay which made everything easy. We would stay here again!
