~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~Maximum of 1 pet are allowed
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.

Scenic views of red rock and close proximity to trails.
Beautiful home with gorgeous views and western decor, with well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and near trails and not too far from stores. Only small negative was the backyard lighting was one small porch light. It would have been nice to have Edison lights on the tree. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood.
The house was clean, well stocked. There was clearly a lot of time and effort put into the aesthetic of the home, which is so gorgeous, I’m sure especially appealing for out-of state travelers, since really gives you an upscale southwest/sedona feel throughout. My husband always complains about mattresses and pillows but he slept like a log the entire trip. We enjoyed hiking and biking within walking distance. About 5 minutes to a nice trail. Pretty views a few minute drive up chapel road to the holy cross.

The photos do not do this place justice. The house was immaculate and stunning- from beautiful furnishings to the well stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need for our trip. The outdoor portion was incredible with the hot tub and fire pit and the most beautiful views. The location was so convenient to downtown and hikes. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended to anyone traveling to Sedona

This was a long weekend getaway for us and another couple. This house was outstanding! It was in a beautiful location with very convenient access to numerous trailheads. It also has a beautiful patio with a grill and hot tub and is in a very quiet neighborhood. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few minor items That needed replacing, and when I contacted the host, she had them delivered to the house immediately. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the overall stay was a complete delight. We would stay again without hesitation.

Unbelievable Views and Stunning Property
This house was amazing. Well appointed, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms - couldn't think of anything we were missing while we stayed. The Views. WOW! Just can't beat the location if you want to hike the trails (Chapel Trail to Chicken Point was just unreal). Hot tub in the backyard was perfect after a day of hiking and using the full kitchen to cook a meal and relaxing was heavenly... Thanks so much for sharing this space!

This house is perfect for 4-6 people.
The location at the base of Cathedral Rock is amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Trailhead 2 blocks over. Location is great. Sedona to the North and Oak Creek to the South. House has personal space as well as great common areas in Dinning and living room(s). Kitchen is well equipped. Bed and linens are very comfortable. House decor was Southwest wonderful!

This house, is by far…. The nicest we have visited so far, with VRBO. It is the single best, most complete, most comfortable, Most beautifully decorated house ! Everything you might ever need, is included in Meadow Lark. Every item in the house is like new. The location is Exceptional. Just 5 minutes from town, 1 block from the Church on the hill. We cannot say enough nice things about this house! A 10 out of 10 !!!

We would definitely stay here again. The house was a couple minutes from Holy Cross, between Sedona and Oak Creek, which made traffic not so terrible even during the busy holiday weekend. It was a girls’ trip, great house for 4-6 people. Our only complaint was some bugs, but Casago reached out to me to see how our stay was, I mentioned the bug issue and they planned to have an exterminator there the next business day (unfortunately the day we’d be checking out, but I absolutely appreciate the responsiveness). Seamless check in/check out, with the door code ready by the time we got there. Highly recommend

Winter in Sedona
Apparently there were some issues with roof work that needed immediate attention at the house we originally booked. Casago management called us and let us know that there is a house available just a couple of blocks away with the same amenities. The transition was super easy. The house was super comfortable. The beds and linens were cozy and comfortable. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. The house is in a wonderful location. It is walking distance to trailheads and a short ride to Uptown. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We would definitely stay again. Michelle

Nice property, Good Location
This is a nice, cozy house. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, appliances, dishes, pots, pans. etc. WiFi is decent for connections and streaming. You are renting from a management company so an 8 page list of do's and don'ts is coming your way. I would encourage the management company to periodically conduct small maintenance in addition to just the routine cleaning. Knobs are loose, sinks drain slowly, toilet seats were very loose, shower and sink faucets were calcium encrusted. Minor things, yes, but affected the overall experience in the house.
