Quiet, comfortable, remodeled home in West Sedona, just steps from Teacup Trailhead (which branches off to multiple other trails!) This space has LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.

Perfect Location to see Desert and Red Rocks
The house was clean with new appliances and modern furniture. There is lots of hangout space. The bed I used was one I would want in my own home with a hard wood frame and with a great mattress. There was no noise. There is covered parking. There is a Whole Foods and Safeway within 1.3 miles. The location is amazing. The location is half a block from the Sugarloaf trailhead. I cannot think of a better red rock location near 5+ trails including Sugarloaf, Teacup, Andante, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock. The hiking and views cleansed my soul. I especially liked the Chimney Rock Pass trail where you can see Sedona and turn 180 degrees to see the other expansive valley looking toward Doe Mountain and The Cockscomb. Late in the day I wondered back to the trail and relaxed on a large red rock or red rock face. My average number of steps per day in Washington DC is about 5000 so I was expecting to be very sore and tired. I averaged almost 7 miles(14,000 steps a day). Drink a lot of water and take a bath in lotion because it is dry. I do not understand all the talk about vortexes. Everywhere around Sedona is a vortex for me.

Great quiet street but close to everything!
This place was perfect! West Sedona so quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to all the activities. Walking distance to sugar loaf trailhead. The beds were soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal. Also got to see some night time visitors. Javelinas! They travel in a pack and popped by to check us out while foraging for their supper. Jeremy is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Jeremy was incredibly nice and easy to get in contact with the whole trip. We loved the location and easy access to trails and enjoyed coming home in the evenings to cook and spend time together while my 10 month old son crawled around and played. The house was perfect and cozy. My mom and sister and I all commented that we felt Jeremy’s hospitality should be how every host should be. Highly recommend!

Incredible Location, Great Host
Wow. If hiking among the red rocks is in your itinerary, then this is the place to come in Sedona. Parking at trailheads is difficult at best and typically impossible, so Jeremy's house puts you about half a block from a popular trailhead. We used those trails every day we stayed here. Communication with Jeremy was terrific; he was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great house and location for hiking, a quick 1 minute walk to the west Sedona trail heads. Perfect location for travel to uptown, Oak Creek, south to wine country and Jerome. House was comfortable and exactly what you needed to be the base of your Sedona vacation. Will definitely consider booking again.

This was the perfect “home base” for our family with two adult sized teenage boys. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. And the proximity to the trails was the icing on the cake.

Great Home Base and Location
My wife and i had a great time staying at this nice two bedroom home. It is right at the start of the Teacup trailhead which connects to a lot of other trails. Also, we found staying on in West Sedona less congested than some of the other locations in town.

We had a fantastic time in Sedona! The house was a perfect location for everything, down to hiking right in your back yard! Jeremy was amazing to deal with. So responsive to any of our questions and had tons of suggestions for us on things to see and places to eat! He was hands down the best VRBO host we’ve ever dealt with! Thanks for helping to make our stay perfect!

Great property steps away from a trailhead. So nice to be able to access several iconic Sedona hiking trails without having to search for parking. And minutes away from the grocery store and shopping without having to fight Sedona traffic. We’ve stayed in many Sedona locations over the years. This was by far the most convenient. The owner has put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area and beds, great grill, outdoor gathering/eating area. The neighborhood and neighbors are also fantastic. Great place to take an after-dinner stroll. Best of all communication with the owner was outstanding. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Two thumbs up!

Great location - great host
We were a few houses away from the Sugerloaf Trail Head which made it very easy to hike this busy trail. The house is comfortable and clean with a quiet back yard. The host was on top of his game even before we got to the house, sending messages with trail recommendations, restaurant recommendations and other things to do while in town. We will use this same property on our next Sedon a visit.

Great location!
We were two couples who stayed here for three nights. The location of the house is fabulous – just down from a trailhead and in a quiet residential neighborhood. We hiked some beautiful trails without getting in the car (which was great given how crowded Sedona was). Location: 5 stars! The house itself is small and basic. It had everything we needed (kitchen and bathroom items) and was comfortable. We did not find the beds to be comfortable as they were extremely firm, but that is a personal thing. Our biggest concern about the house was the use of plug-in air fragrances: the scents were so overwhelming they caused a severe allergic reaction in one of us and more mild reactions in two more of us. We had to remove the plug-ins and open all the windows and try to air the house out in order to comfortably stay there. I include this in the review so that people who are sensitive to fragrances know that this is definitely an issue with this house. House: 2.5-3 stars. The host was very responsive and helpful. He provided books, maps, and other useful information, and he responded in a timely manner. Host: 5 stars

Sedona hiking house.
This house was perfect for our week in Sedona. It is located a few houses down from the coffepot trail. We were able to hike right from the door! The kitchen is well equipped with a super blender and fantastic gas grill on the back deck. Frozen drinks and simple grilled meals on the back deck were perfect after a day of hiking. The beds are comfy and plenty of seating in the living room. Jeremy was so helpful about hikes and things to do in the area and left us a lot of guide books to help. Easy location for driving to lots of sites and groceries and restaurants near by. I can't recommend this house enough. We hope to return again
