Gorgeous setting, close to everything!
Wonderful casita, easy walk to Tlapaque and Uptown, quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen complete with numerous spices. Beds were comfortable, patio area was a plus to relax after hiking. Entrance to Brewer Trail was just down the street, great hike up to airport mesa with expansive 360 degree views. Highly recommend!

This home is a total gem. Full of light and charm. The location is perfect and very convenient.

The property and house was very comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed for a fun long weekend. The location was ideal with mountain biking trails close by, but remote enough to have javelinas wander by while drinking coffee on the patio. Highly recommend !!

Wonderful Cottage
We were extremely pleased with our visit to Sedona and this property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is beyond well equipped. We have already recommended this property to some friends who are planning a trip to Sedona this fall. We will stay here again when we return to Sedona.

Cozy with great location
This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Great location for just about everything. I took morning and evening walks around the neighborhood and it's just gorgeous everywhere you look. The home is well appointed with comfy and cozy furnishings. It's quiet and the beds are very comfortable, so I slept great. My favorite part of the stay was sitting on the porch enjoying morning tea or afternoon happy hour just looking at the view and watching the wildlife...deer, quail and javelina. I image there will be a third stay in the future.

Cute house! Clean and uncluttered, well stocked if you plan to use the kitchen. Perfect location for all the things Sedona has to offer. A quiet back yard to relax in after a day of hiking/shopping. Check-in was super easy, and communication was great! Would highly recommend!

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay in Sedona! The location of this home is perfect to shopping, restaurants, trails and sites. The owner was responsive. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5. The only 1 thing we would have loved was a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities close by if needed. Would definitely recommend this home again!

Beautifully located Casita near town
Property was unexpectedly beautiful interior-wise. Typically when you stay at a VRBO the interiors aren't very attractive. This property is not the case. We loved waiting for the javelina highway in the morning. Pretty cool. The property is located in a great place because once you leave you can go Left or Right onto HW89. Going Left takes you to the trails and shopping. Right takes you into downtown. - comfy beds - big screen TV for family movie night - circle driveway parking

Great location, quiet and clean, but disappointing
Great location and very quiet. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and there is only 1 lamp. Both bedrooms have only 1 lamp, so difficult if you like to read. The breakfast nook furniture was also very uncomfortable.

Location is perfect!
Happy we picked this house for our trip to Sedona. As in other reviews, the location is perfect! So close to shopping and restaurants. Brewer Trail is right across the street and is a great hike! House was spacious enough for our family of 4. Great couch to lounge on after a day of hiking. Communication was wonderful with the homeowners. Only complaint was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and the bed sheets in that room looked as though they weren't changed. Hair was on the pillows and sheets. But this did not put a damper on our stay. We would come back to this house again.

Nice place close to downtown
The property was as advertised. Good location, convenient parking and nicely appointed. Just a few things for folks to know. There was no microwave. There was a toaster oven though. There were only 2 wine glasses - for white wine. There were no TV stations so I couldn’t watch football 😩. Netflix was about all we could access. That said , we came for the hiking which was amazing.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!
We enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and clean, and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of hikes we wanted to do. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets, and pillows, as well as the ceiling fans in the rooms. We only wished it had a washer & dryer and small measuring cups for dry items (like oatmeal). We highly recommend this home!
