Inside has the most cozy living room including a sleeper sofa, a full equipped kitchen, washer dryer, a private bedroom with a King sized bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. This Cozy Casa will serve you with the best little vacation.no garage accessThe Casa is attached to a main home that is also rented on short term rental platforms. Each home has their own private parking and yard separated by a common fence. If guests are staying next door while you are here, how much interaction , if any at all , is completely dictated by you. I also live locally, so I am available if you need anything feel free to give me a call, email, or text. I'll be happy to assist you with anything.Our neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and the best sunrise and sunset views. Little to no traffic, and the privacy we all need. It also offers access to hiking trails into the beautiful scenic red rocks to enjoy some mother nature!This location offers quick access to all of Sedona by car, and if you are adventurous even by foot. There is also a trolley offered to tour all of Sedona, as well as a public transportation bus that will take you to towns surrounding like Cottonwood and the Village Of Oak Creek.

Short getaway
The property was located close to town. Quiet neighborhood. It is attached to the main house but we had privacy. We ate out the majority of the time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it did have everything you would need to cook!

This is an awesome location. So convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The home was perfect for us. It was Very comfortable, clean and stocked very well. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Host was very accessible and made check more than simple. Hope to return and stay there again.

Perfect stay in Sedona for two!
We had a delightful stay at the Cozy Cottage. Joey proved to be an exceptional hostess, ensuring our every need was met. The property itself was ideal for our getaway. We took advantage of the nearby trails in Sedona, enjoyed serene moments on the back patio during both morning and evening, and indulged in a restful night's sleep, thanks to the luxurious linens on the King bed.

Beautiful casita in Sedona
Quiet and beautiful location! We enjoyed or stay and the surrounding area. Close to stores/ shops yet far enough to be blissful. Would stay again if we return to the area. We had to leave early due to a family situation so our time was short but fun! I highly recommend this casita! Bigger than we thought with everything you may want or need! Joey is a delight to talk to and extremely caring!

Scenic views from the very beginning !
Lovely nhood and perfect location. Has everything u need. Paper towels, coffee etc. Ate breakfast and had wine and cheese on back patio-nice breeze and private. Bed was comfy and for all the days of hiking and washer/dryer came in handy. Quick drive in to town and Safeway grocery just 5 min drive. Could not have wanted anything better. Cozy casa was awesome and the red rock views daily thru the front windows were inspiring. Everything is no more than 5-8 min drive but nice to be in a quiet relaxing safe nhood ❤️ Would definitely stay here again

Desert escape
This was our first time in Sedona. This property is perfectly situated in a nice suburb, close enough for easy drives to get food or get to trailheads, yet away enough to enjoy the quiet of the desert. The rental was very well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

First time to the area
The property is in an ideal location as a base for the area. Just a few minutes outside of town by car, away from the hustle and bustle, it's a cozy retreat with beautiful views. Look for the surprise face in the Rockdale opposite, when the sun starts to set I. The evening.

Joey (and Katie) were always available to answer questions make recommendations and provide a cozy and well appointed stay. Enjoyed the extra details-the hummingbird feeder, the heart-shaped stones on the walk way, the horses next door, and it was impeccably clean and neat. Great Place!
We had such an amazing stay! It was the perfect locations. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and close to restaurants and hikes. The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. It is fitted with everything one might need for a vacation. Also the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog! Only downside (barely) is it is connected to the main house so we did hear some voices/activities from the owners, but if you don’t mind a little bit of noise from neighbors this place is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Casa is a tranquil retreat 1 bedroom!
The home is well appointed and the kitchen has very nice cookware, and amenities. Comfortable bed, sitting area is relaxing, in the grey double-wide sofa! The sunset from the front window is gorgeous. The backyard has cottonwood trees that provide lovely shade as well as a haven for bird lovers. We really enjoyed staying in West Sedona, with ample grocery stores, restaurants, and day spas! The owners were so helpful and made our stay simply wonderful!
