Located in a desirable West Sedona neighborhood, it is near hiking trails, grocery stores and restaurants. There are gorgeous views of the red rocks in almost every direction. You will also find biking trails, wilderness areas, the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park and some of Sedonas Vortex sites a short distance away. Tlaquepaque, The Chapel and Uptown are only a short drive from the house. This property does not allow smoking on the premises.

Stunning views, convenient location

Amazing red rock views at this convenient west side home. Lots of room choices for the family and all the comforts home. It was great to meet Sandy at the trail work day which was the main reason for our short visit.

Great Stay in Sedona

Sandy was a fantastic host. The house did not disappoint. Everything about it was very thoughtful for what a guest would need and then some! The snacks and water were perfect and so appreciated as were all the guide books!!We enjoyed hiking, a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and renting mountain bikes to take on some of the amazing trails in Sednona! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Sedona!

This was our first time to Sedona and we are so glad we chose this house to stay in! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sandy has been taking very good care of this rental and it shows. It is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the backyard, access to the trails with just a short walk, and an overall convenient location. If we come back to Sedona, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Wonderful stay

Just left after a long weekend at this property and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was neat as a pin and very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and the stargazing at night was terrific. Highly recommend this listing if you are planning a trip to beautiful Sedona.

Fabulous rental house!

The house was spotless, spacious, in a nice quiet W. Sedona neighborhood and the views were breathtaking!! Host was quick to respond to questions. This was my first trip to Sedona. I sure hope to go back some day and stay in this beautiful home again.

The house is amazing, the location is amazing, the views are amazing. We loved everything about this property. Sandy was an excellent host and the house had all the conveniences of home and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into this vacation rental. The house was beautiful with amazing views. Everything was very clean and up to date. We really enjoyed our time there. Our host ,Sandy, was great to work with. She was quick to answer any questions, and take care of any needs we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place, and hope to return.

Great for a girls weekend

4 40-something moms needed a break. This property was PERFECT for that. The space was lovely, the kitchen and baths well equipped, close to hiking and Sedona’s amenities. We enjoyed the quiet on the patio, books on the comfy sofa, and hiking just a quick drive away. Highly recommend for a quick getaway but would also be great for a longer term stay.

Spent four nights and loved every minute of it. The house was spacious, clean and was in a great location. Enjoyed the short walk to the Sugartree trailhead and BBQ'ed whilst enjoying the great view from the patio. Loved the house, loved Sedona, will definitely return to both
