Located in a desirable West Sedona neighborhood, it is near hiking trails, grocery stores and restaurants. There are gorgeous views of the red rocks in almost every direction. You will also find biking trails, wilderness areas, the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park and some of Sedonas Vortex sites a short distance away. Tlaquepaque, The Chapel and Uptown are only a short drive from the house. This property does not allow smoking on the premises.

Perfect vacation house
This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The location is amazing with a terrific hike to “Coffee Pot mountain” within a short five minute walk to the trailhead. Great views from the patio, five minutes to grocery stores, a very nice kitchen and a big gas grill. I would definitely stay here again - without any hesitation.

Perfect rental
This is the perfect rental for a family staying in Sedona. The home is very spacious and comfortable, views are amazing, location is convenient to grocery, dining and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends were in from out of town and wanted to experience Sedona. The house is in a great neighborhood close to hiking trails. Far enough out of town to avoid all the tourist traffic, but close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again :)

Another incredible stay
If you are looking for a wonderful stay with beautiful views then look no further. You will love the location, cleanliness, access to stores and hiking, huge primary suite, and comfy surroundings. The backyard is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise. We will be returning once again in 2025 and totally appreciate the fact that Sandy is willing to share this prized place.

This property is wonderful! The view from the house is unbelievable. The location is fabulous with easy access to some trails. The drive is short to the grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

Clean, welcoming, spacious for 6 of us (aged 11+); wonderful views of the surrounding beauty, easily accessible. Not super walkable to shops, but that wasn't what we wanted anyway. Responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay if we're in the area again.
