We enjoyed the 2 bedroom layout, the beautiful view, and javelina visitors :). The location is perfect… feels private when on the property, but also super close and convenient for meals, shopping, trailhead access, etc.

We were a group of 3 friends meeting up for Sedona fun. Through the entire weekend we were raving about the attention to small details and the amount of amenities available. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location and views were phenomenal. House was so cozy and beautiful. Would absolutely stay again!

This property is just a couple minutes from town, but feels secluded. Loved the location! We also loved relaxing on the decks and smelling the pines around us. Would stay here again.

Very close to Sedona!
We stayed here with another couple and it was a beautifully decorated home with great decks to sit on to enjoy the view. Three miles from downtown Sedona. Great restaurants and a close grocery store. The shower could use some attention, the shower head is low and leaks. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is about perfect - close to the main road yet far enough off to be very quiet at night. The house is well decorated and offered plenty of space for the 4 of us.We wouldn't hesitate to book the house again.

Our home away from home was very inviting and had a great location to walk to trails or town. Wishing we would have had a BBQ but otherwise everything we needed was there for us to use. Will recommend this lovely home to friends.

We enjoyed this 2 BD/2 BA home with great views, an open floor plan, a nice kitchen and a great deck to enjoy the birds and those views. Overall the space and location is hard to beat and we would recommend it highly based on those factors.We would have applied 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable (seems like it's time for an upgrade to the mattresses).

Wonderful location in Sedona
The property was great and just as described! We loved our time there this past weekend and especially enjoyed the wildlife we saw each morning right outside the door (javelina family and a 12 point buck!). The location is incredibly central to everything from trails to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful getaway after the hecticness of Christmas! Beautiful view of Thunder Mountain from the front porch! Seems peaceful like you are out in the country but actually close to everything you need in Sedona!! Home has everything you will need and the hot tub was an added bonus!!

Enjoyed the location of the home nestled among the locals, but near all the town conveniences. House was clean and comfortable. Only comment to be aware of is the step-down / step-up family room. Can easily miss the step and go flying!!!

Great location. Close to everything but set back in neighborhood to give privacy and the feel of being away from the hustle and bustle. We rented with another adult couple and didn’t realize second bathroom did not have shower and did not provide great privacy. It worked out fine for us but something to be aware of.

Great views, nice rental!
Nice house with great views! It was very well stocked, nice decor, and great location within town. The house was fairly new and in good shape and exterior lighting was very good. Easy access to the main road, but tucked away in the woods. The wrap-around porch (and the private deck) let you take in the views. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable home and great location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We felt tucked away, yet close enough to stores, restaurants, etc. My one suggestion would be to possibly put curtains/shades in the living room. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa (instead of sharing the bed with his brother), but he was too nervous about someone being able to look into the house. All in all, we would definitely book this property again. The hot tub and javelina hog friends out front made this trip especially memorable.

We really enjoyed the house. It is important to mention that there is only one shower in the house and the steps that you need to go up and down in the kitchen and family room area. We almost tripped many times. The rest of the house was exactly like the pictures. Loved the view.

Everything promised and more
This place would be ideal for almost any group. Classy weekend getaway with friends? Super clean and sharp interior with a really nice dining table. Family of four (like mine)? Huge open living room for playing with any toys you might bring in front of a wall-sized window looking out into the trees/mountains, plus nice open kitchen to store and prep snacks. Romantic Weekend with Partner? Hot tub and private balcony in master bedroom. This is the CLEANEST short term rental I've ever stayed at. The kids (5 and 2) had a blast, as did my wife and I. Within 10 minutes of most places we wanted to go to, and within 20 of many hiking areas.

Great Stay
A beautiful and spacious house with wonderful views of the mountains. The location gave us easy access to everything in the area while still giving privacy. All the appliances were modern and appreciated the coffee maker using pods or grounds. The water pressure was excellent. Did not use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Disappointed we could not use the fireplace but understand the reason why. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Also, house management went above and beyond to respond to items I accidentally left behind.

One with nature
Custom home built to maximize the natural beauty of Sedona. Spacious and perfectly decorated with southwest charm and a little whimsy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without question. There were only two shortcomings were the lack of basic stocked items (such as towels, paper towels, washer tabs, coffee mugs) and the only shower head is at 5’6”. So if you’re taller than that you’ll be crouching a lot. Just minor stuff really. The hot tub was used more than the shower after great days of hiking!
