Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here. Great location, easy access to hiking trails, and very quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the heated floors and the hot tub. Hope to visit again next year.

The property was precisely as advertised and had everything you could need during your stay - and more! Very short walk to the Teacup Trail trailhead which leads to a hike up Sugarloaf Mountain. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Looking forward to staying here again!

The home was furnished nicely and comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools available that we needed to cook meals. The location on the west side of Sedona was easy to find and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic stay
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was really straightforward and easy. Having hiking trails so close by was amazing as parking in Sedona can be a challenge. We would walk around 5 mins to reach the trailhead and then connect with a range of trails in the area. Chris was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay again when in Sedona.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights right before Christmas. The property was very nicely maintained and is close to the heart of Sedona with easy access to all key activities. Kids had lot of fun with the board games and hot tub. Overall very nice experience!

Great house and convenient location
This house is clean, well organized and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was minutes from Uptown Sedona and close to our hiking and outdoor experiences. Chris responded promptly to my emails and was very helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Sedona.
