Clean, spacious, artsy loft-style apartment sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably. With 900 square feet, there's plenty of space to relax after your Sedona adventures.

Top location between Uptown and West Sedona: next door to Starbucks, Vitamin Cottage, and the popular Picazzo's Organic Italian Restaurant. Within a short drive from major trail heads. Whole Foods, and many other restaurants within minutes.

Enjoy free WIFI (150Mb) and amazing views from your private, shaded balcony. You'll love the new mattresses, fresh new linens, fully-stocked kitchen, custom bath with shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Our guests enjoy the Loft because it is clutter-free, bright and modern design, with open floor plan, high ceilings and big views.


* Spectacular views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock right from the covered balcony and living room.
* 1 bedroom with king bed and fresh, new, mattress and cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door.
* 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, all natural soaps and a hairdryer.
* Large Kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the over-sized bar: your eat-in kitchen.
* Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments.
* 1 designated parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool.
* Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience.
* Of course WiFi and on 2 Smart TVs to connect to your preferred apps.
* We like things clean, so all mattresses and pillows are encased with bug and mite-proof covers.
* The apartment-loft is 100% for your private use.

Loft 2 is one of four, located in a modern new building. One floor up with a gradual 18-step stairway (no elevavator!), the offices below are open only during business hours.

Together with our trusted local co-host Traci we welcome you to Loft 2. While we won't likely meet you in person, we are always available for questions and suggestions. In the Loft, you will also find a useful Guest Book with great tips from past guests.

Adorable loft, great location
Super clean, very close/walkable to many restaurants and stores. Very spacious, comfortable and well designed. Appreciated the various tea and coffee selections and super comfy bed. Will stay here again!

Great Sedona Stay!
This place was perfect! Very clean and well maintained. Right next door to Starbucks and a delicious pizza restaurant. Centrally located for hiking and the trail parking pass was super handy! We would love to stay here again!

Another wonderful visit

Wonderful!!!
Not enough words to tell you how pretty this home is. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. A beautiful view of the red rocks from the patio was an added bonus. This home is close to Sugar Loaf trail head - we walked to it. You’ll have everything you need here- just bring yourself. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit.

Experiencing Sedona
The property was extremely clean and perfect for my husband and I to stay for a few days to experience Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The property owners were very responsive and have very helpful resources to use that helped us determine what things we would see and do. The Loft
We loved staying at The Loft. It was the perfect spot for us. The location was great and convenient. The Loft provided everything you could need, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It offered a tranquil space for our down time in Sedona. Booking and communication was very easy. A great experience!

Fabulous loft with the perfect location!
Can’t beat this location in the heart of Sedona. Walk to nearby restaurants, Walgreens, and many other locations. Short drive to downtown and the hiking trails. Well decorated loft with lots of light. Stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in some nights and breakfast every day. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, great hosts. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

Perfect loft for a long-term stay in Sedona
Todd and Ellen’s loft was the perfect place to stay for a month in Sedona. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. I was working remotely, and the wifi worked well for a month full of Zoom meetings. The location is central to restaurants and hiking, and there’s a great view of sunrise/sunset over the red rocks from the balcony. Todd and Ellen were super responsive, and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

The Perfect Sedona Landing Spot!
My husband, 9 month old son, and I stayed at Todd and Ellen’s Sedona Loft on a quick spring break getaway. The loft was perfectly cozy, and extremely convenient to all the hiking trails and shops! Todd and Ellen were quick to respond to our questions and very pleasant! They even had a Red Rock Pass in the loft - which you need if you plan on doing any of the hikes! If we are ever in Sedona again we hope to be able to re-book this loft!

Wow factor from the moment you walk in. Granite counters stainless steel appliances with a jaw dropping view. You can walk to dining and grocery nearby. Thoughtful owners have provided even hiking guides for your reference.

Great work and play experience
Fantastic experience all around! This was a part work, part play trip. The loft location was great for working remote, close to great restaurants, yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The views are spectacular from the loft and magnificent hikes are only minutes away. The hosts are wonderful, as is their home. Very high quality accommodations. It's perfect for a single person or couple. It was our first trip to Sedona. We will be back and plan to stay at the same place.

Great location and views
We absolutely love this loft- the decor, location and views were perfect for this trip to Sedona. The living area and kitchen were very spacious. The balcony had wonderful views and the bedroom was just what we needed for a comfortable night’s sleep before our next day of adventures. We appreciated the use of the red rock parking pass and grocery Reward cards. We loved that we were able to wash our clothes after our ATV tour and prepare meals if we wanted to stay in at any point. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants and Starbucks next door was great for a morning coffee. We highly recommend The Golden Goose for dinner, Namti Spa for a massage, The Coffee Pot restaurant for breakfast (and the trails near there for hiking) and The Sedona Artisan Market next to Paws West Thrift store (supports the Humane Society of Sedona) that are all even within walking distance of the loft.

Want to live here!
The online description was on point and the communication was perfect! The apt and the space were more than enough for a couple and even for a family of 4 if willing to sleep on sofa or bring air mattress/sleeping bag for little ones. It was clean, convenient, well stocked, BEAUTIFUL inside and outside. The view was amazing and location was so convenient to many trails and tourist attractions including restaurants and shops. I almost do not want to write the review cause I am going to return and wish not booked ;) You cannot ask for a better price. Starbucks next door was super convenient and not noisy at all in the area. Red Rock Pass was very much appreciated as well as supermarket bonus card. I left a brochure from "Hiker Help" for off season shuttle and Sedona area map. So hopefully that is helpful to those who are new. Sedona is my happy valley and this Artsy Loft helped me make my mind up to retire to here !
