It was clean, vozy and we enjoyed the deer in the yard and the beautiful sound of the creek and the changing leaves. Easy to get to everywhere! Definitely a musy stay again. "The location of the cabin was convenient. It needed ADA accessibility to the cabins. My husband has bad knees, and you had to walk up stairs to get to the room. A ramp should be provided."

"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. "Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....
