"Lovely winter option. Pod was cosy and warm. Shower/toilet block was excellent. Kettle and a few tea/coffee amenities provided which was lovely. Only thing the pod could have done with was a nightstand/bedside table for glasses, phone etc as ended up using one of the fold up wooden chairs. Mattress was very soft so if you’re used to a firm mattress just make note."

"The Lodge was lovely, Pauline the caretaker was very helpful and friendly, the only thing we would say is that it was like going through a maze to find it which proved a bit difficult initially but after a few tries we mastered it."

Good size, well equipped, great location within the park and a very comfortable stay.Very good communication from our host and the support from camp staff was excellent. "By far the worst caravan pri we have ever stayed on it is definitely a OAP’s holiday site you get nothing but uncomfortable looks from other residents walking there dogs there is no facilities what so ever on site myself and my husband left with bad backs and necks due to the very hard cheap beds and pillows you could not pay us to ever visit this place again it was awful"

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...
