"The apartment was absolutely perfect - the check in and check process was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. They provided lots of little details to make it feel welcoming and homey - plenty of towels, little snacks, filled brita and ice cube trays, lots of information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The hot tub was easy to work and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Great location, two blocks from Tejon street so we could walk to Sunday brunch. Kitchen was well outfitted and the porch had two nice cushioned rockers where I sat with my coffee n the morning. We will book again. Great for our small dog with an outdoor pet area and she could wander in the fenced in porch area. "

"It was beautiful. The hosts provided essentials and extras like coffee and spices for cooking. It is located on the second floor. It is accessed from the back of the home and and up one flight of stairs. of stairs."

"I recently purchased a business in Manitou and I will be going back and forth between home and Manitou often for the foreseeable future. Tim and Kris have done an amazing job with the Carriage House. It's cozy and had everything I needed. The location and amenities were perfect. The bed may be the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It is a perfect little place for me and I am already booked 3 more times in my home away from home. "

"Great, responsive host. Couldn’t have been better! We only had an issue with the parking area, which was extremely tight for the size of our pickup. We also didn’t realize the parking area was not flat, but steep. But it was a great spot to enjoy the town, which was a fun place to shop and meet others."

"Very safe! I would warn you, if you have never been to downtown Colorado Springs, be prepared for paid parking. I highly suggest using the parking meters as it seems to be the most cost effective! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great! There are plenty of places to eat or grab dessert nearby (within walking distance)."
