"Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful."

"Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Both inside restaurants are very good. Breakfast is very good too. Pool was not accessible during our stay because of a conference in the hotel for 3 days so we didn't use it."
