"Everything was wonderful except the pillows (very flat). Just a short 9 min walk from the train station was convenient. Staff was incredible. Front desk, breakfast and housekerping. I was impressed. The room was AWESOME. Nice big bed. Comfortable. Big TV with abilty to screen share local movies from USA). Bathroom was large and the shower was great. The complimentary breakfast was delightful. "We recently stayed here for one night. Very easy to walk to from the station and a central, but quiet location. We were very early for check in but staff kindly let us in the room early. The room itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries, towels etc. Nothing to fault this hotel at all - highly recommended. "

"The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "
