The shower was lukewarm, there was no toiletries in the bathroom, no welcome pack, no coffee or tea and we did not sleep well as the fridge was noisy all night long. We were hoping to use the bikes that were advertised but there was no one available to help us in the morning. I complain to the owner the next morning about the problems but he was not interested....
