Great Place
Overall, the house was beautiful. Nice kitchen and master bed/bath and 3 smaller bedrooms all sharing a single bathroom which is probably ok for kids but not so great for adults. Patio was also furnished and the grill was in great shape. We anticipated more traffic on out trip and arrived a couple hours early. Tried to call to see if it was ok to check in but went straight to voicemail. Housekeeper was kind enough to let us in until she was done with laundry. The Negatives - The only real issue was the Internet was a bit slow while trying to stream a hockey game and cellular reception was weak. We like our coffee but never did figure out what was wrong with the coffee maker. It would take the water in like it was going to brew a cup and then only produce a few drops. There were backup options but the only coffee in the house were the k-cups. The 2nd reclining seat on the sofa appears to be jammed and didn’t recline.

Property owner was very responsive to issues with house. some discrepancies with checkout time. Many issue is that with 6 people in the house Monday thru Saturday we stripped all the beds as asked, and had towels that were used started in washer and flipped to dryer, yet still charged for "excessive cleaning" (too much laundry for less than 1 week stay). It is not the property owner's fault, but the management. Amy was able to get reduced from $200 to $125. Still not a fee that should be charged when all 5 beds were used by the 6 people staying.

The house is spacious and well equipped in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and all the essentials. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Sebastian Stay
Amy and Steve were excellent hosts. Their home is spacious, comfortable, and in a good neighborhood. We were in Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday and this rental was very close to our family. We will absolutely rent this home again for our next visit.
