We booked this property based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The house was perfect - incredibly clean, great location, and had everything we could have possibly wanted (fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels/linens, games for our kids). Highly recommend this property! 10/10

The house is conveniently located, impeccably clean, and well stocked. The furnishings are charming and comfortable. The owner is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We did not see the hot tub that was listed as an amenity, but we may have overlooked something. The house met our expectations and needs in every way.

Absolute perfection!
Everything about our stay in this lovely Magnolia home exceeded our expectations! Starting with our amazing host Matt, whose hosting style is wonderfully kind and generous - from his responsive and caring (but never intrusive) messages to the feeling that we had discovered a home away from home for our stay in Seattle. The house is lovely - charmingly decorated and completely stocked - with such thoughtfulness and care that it felt as if our family had prepared it for us! Best of all, it was spotless. The flow of the home is outstanding, with a perfect kitchen connecting the upper and lower living spaces as well as leading to a lovely deck and backyard. The neighborhood and location are fantastic, both peaceful and close to town. Every need or wish felt fully anticipated and met - all we had to do was relax and enjoy this gem of a home. Thank you, Matt!

Gem in Magnolia
We’ve stayed at a half dozen Magnolia homes when returning to visit family, and Matt’s home is probably our favorite! The decor was Seattle-elegant, furniture were comfortable, kitchen well appointed (and spices well organized!), heck even the downstairs couch was sleepable as an unexpected bed. Magnolia is a great neighborhood if you’re seeking quiet, and a manageable walk over the hill to Magnolia Village - get the Generra mocha at Uptown Espresso - and for downtown, the #24 bus at the end of the block goes to downtown in 30 mins, don’t be afraid of Joe Metro during heavy traffic since busses have a dedicated lanes on Elliot and 3rd aves. We will hopefully stay again for our future visits!

Thanksgiving week visiting family
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully quaint home. It was just right for our family of 5. Plenty of clean towels, beds were very comfortable and coffee was delicious! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. We received a welcoming call from property manager ahead of check in and was very helpful. There were also fresh flower, fall decorations around and a bottle of wine left for us.

In Between Move Home
Our host was incredibly accommodating, as we needed a place for two and a half months. The home was fully stocked as though it was a five star hotel. The towels were new, the beds reminded me of the heavenly beds at the Starwood hotels. The kitchen was well equipped with gourmet utensils, serving ware and cookware. Our host went above and behind to accommodate our requests. By far this is the best experience we have ever had with VRBO. We highly recommend staying at the beautifully appointed Magnolia house.

Wonderful Property In Magnolia
I find most VRBO reviewers overinflate ratings, but this property is as close to a true "5 Star" as you can get. Photos are accurate; property is spacious, functional and well cared for. Note there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bath, and1 bedroom in the basement with a bath. Wonderful view. Property very well-appointed with everything we needed or could imagine needing. Host does require an additional security deposit.

Magnificent Magnolia!
A very comfortable, spacious and very well appointed home. This was THE best VRBO we have stayed in and we are frequent fliers. Matt was exceptionally courteous, thoughtful, and accommodating. There five of us and the three bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out. Quiet, easily accessible neighborhood with tantalizing views of downtown and Mt Rainer.

Beautiful Magnolia Home
Matt is an amazing host with a beautiful property. He has thought of every detail and those little things made my family’s stay so comfortable and effortless. We were a smaller group but there is so much room for several family members to come and enjoy Seattle. Lots of different spaces inside and out. So it’s easy to have some private space even with a big group. Magnolia is also so close to downtown and great parks. Highly recommend!

A great getaway vacation.
This property was perfect for me and my boys who live in Charlotte NC and I live in Buffalo. We wanted to explore the North Pacific area, so we selected Seattle. I was there years ago in business trips for the wineries. So I was in and out of Seattle without being able to explore the city in detail. This property is ideally situated for east city access and also easy access to Fishing areas and exploring just about anywhere. We did rent a car which turned out to be necessary for the trip. Matt the owner really takes great care of the property. Would be glad to stay there agin if we head back to that area. I also recommend getting a “City pass” for things to do, look at the baseball and or football schedules if that’s you thing. Great restaurants and good food variety especially high end Asian and Thai. Waterfront has endless things to do also.

A week in Seattle
We had a great time- used the Seattle City Pass to visit 5 choices, plus the Ferris wheel, Winds over Washington, ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and a drive to Whidbey Island. The location of the house was great - we ate several times in the village- quiet and away from the crowds. The nearby park was amazing for our boys.

Fabulous, charming home
We loved our stay at this charming, vintage home with city & mountain views, in a quiet neighborhood. It’s tastefully furnished with nice artwork. We were delighted by many lovely details including a fully stocked kitchen with everything including a Keurig coffee maker & extra pods, crock pot, pots & pans, Martini glasses, and a huge selection of herbs & spices. We arrived to find a bottle of wine & treats, as well as bottles of water. So nice! Lovely linens, comfy beds, and a fenced yard for our corgi to play. Good WiFi. Two bedrooms are upstairs and there’s an entire downstairs suite with bath and large sitting room, which allowed some space and quiet for our family. The host was very friendly & responsive when we had a question. Beautiful views from the deck — we even saw Mt Rainier on a clear morning. Within a mile of shopping and restaurants. All in all, the best VRBO experience ever.

I visit Seattle regularly and have had a dozen different rentals. This one is by far my favorite. Matt went above and beyond to make my stay as perfect and memorable as possible. Wonderfully updated older house in great neighborhood
This is a very clean and extremely well stocked house, with plenty of room for 6 adults. The house has been meticulously updated, with a well designed kitchen and many windows with loads of natural light. The back deck and yard provide amazing views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainer. The kitchen has modern appliances and every type of pot, pan and utensil, plus a variety of coffee and tea making implements. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk from the Magnolia town center, where there are a number of eating, drinking and shopping options. All in all this is one of the nicest VRBO properties where we have stayed, and Host Matt did a great job communicating with us from check-in to check-out.
