Welcome to spacious, modern, contemporary and completely renovated upper unit duplex in a well set quite neighborhood. This duplex contains 3Rooms, 2Baths, family room, dining room, free laundry facility; and spacious and fully functional kitchen with coffee bar.

The Space:
This duplex have everything you need on the same spacious floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you walk in up the stairs you will find an open concept living and dining room. Large kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed along with a desk for work or school. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway, easily accessible for guests staying in the smaller bedrooms. Next to the bathroom is a linen closet where you will find extra towel, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, and paper towel.
