Amazing weekend in Seattle
The property was comfortable, clean and close to everything. Our favorite feature was the rooftop deck, I only wish we had better weather so we could use it more. Our family had a great weekend stay. The home was easy to access and our host made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Ash! We can’t wait to come back!

Seattle Girls’ Trip
This gorgeous home has amazing views of Seattle! It is centrally located which makes getting to Fremont, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill neighborhoods very easy. The home was immaculately clean and supplied with anything a guest could need. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Queen Anne neighborhood Seattle stay
This house is absolutely perfect and the location was just right. We had a total of 10 adults and teens in our party. We stayed here for several days after our Alaskan cruise. We loved the location, decor and space; and the rooftop was an ideal spot for us to hang out with an incredible view. The manager responded quickly to our requests and was easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing this awesome space with us while we were taking in all Seattle had to offer!

Great stay!! Kids all surprised dad by just arriving via Uber at the fabulous home. Hardest part was trying to make excuses to hubby as to why we needed so much space for just the 2 of us at first😂

Perfect for a family if you’re able to do stairs. Parking was tricky so we ended up ubering most places and wished we would have not rented a vehicle. The house was spacious and clean. There was a small grocery store within walking distance. Not many walking options for food. Overall the house was great and felt safe.

Wedding Weekend
We had 8 family members stay at the house for a family wedding. It was wonderful to visit with each other in the evenings on the roof top deck. The house has plenty of space and is in a great location. We walked along Lake Union and the up to Discovery Park. Thank you, Ash, for being an excellent host.

And an excellent, friendly host! After a long day of traveling, it was so nice arriving to an inviting home that is both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The rooftop patio has incredible views! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is also ideal - it was close to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Ash, the host, checked in to ensure we were settled and comfortable. We'll be back to stay again next time we're in town!

Lovely visit, great house for a large group
We stayed here in early October with another family and a really nice time. Convenient drive to various parts of the city (there's not much in walking distance), lots of room to spread out, plenty of beds, nicely appointed kitchen, easy communication with the property manager. The rooftop patio was really cool, with an awesome view of the nearby water and downtown. It's a tall townhouse, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs (good exercise!). My only quibble is that there weren't enough towel bars/hooks in the bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in town!

Phenomenal Place for A Bach!
Our group of girls loves staying here! The garage was kinda of difficult to fine but thankfully the host gave us a dropped pin that worked every time when entering! We enjoyed having all 3 floors to ourselves and everyone got to meet in the living room in a common area so that was nice for our game night and eating together. The place was very clean. Only downside was the downstairs stores showers wasn’t fully getting hot water, but the host was quick to respond to get it fixed for the next guess.

Queen Anne - Immaculate
Our family stayed in this Queen Anne rental for 3 nights in March. The rental was as described and immaculate and well taken care of. It had several stories (stairs), with a bedroom on each floor (2 bedrooms on the ground floor). The kitchen was very modern with all of the essentials. The mater bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Great for larger groups or families. The rooftop view was spectacular, especially on a clear day. We loved the location; very convenient to Seattle and colleges in the area as well as many restaurants and places to visit. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the view- cherry blossoms blooming. Parking was available on the street near the rental (if needed) in addition to the two parking spots provided. The garage may not fit large SUVs. The owner/manager, Ash was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental; our trip was too short. Thank you

Feel Like Royalty on Queen Anne Hill!
This is a sensational property. I'm finding excuses to go back! It is a very vertical property. So, you get a lot of exercise. The rooftop is lovely with a view of Lake Union. The beds were comfortable. Very nice furnishings, appointments, etc. It was safe. Easy access to everything nearby. Great for a family or friends staying. Ash was so easy to work with. I plan to stay there every time I return to Seattle. Found a great nail shop Apollo right on Queen Anne. It felt like home away from home. Thanks! We'll be back! I was with my 29 year old son. We both had privacy. Lots of room. I wanted to stay much longer. Pro tip. The front of the house is an on an Ave while the garage is on the "way" of the same street. Put the way into your map to direct you to the back of the house. It isn't obvious, but once you know that, it works great.

Look no further - this is THE place to stay!
Wow, what a fantastic stay we had at this lovely home. We are a group of 6 friends on an annual trip, and Ash's home was all we had expected, and more. The listing is 100% accurate, but the place is even better in person. Check in was super-easy and Ash was incredibly responsive to our few questions, usually replying within minutes. The space was extremely clean and everything in the home seemed new. The living space was very comfortable with lots of seating and a beautiful kitchen, and even with 6 people we never felt like we were crowding each other. We cooked a couple of meals and everything we needed was there, including lots of spices, a wide variety of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and mugs/glassware. The beds were all very comfy, and the spotless bathrooms included some nice small touches like shampoo, soap, Q-tips, and more, all of which make a stay much easier. The location was very central, with a very short drive or Uber to restaurants in Queen Anne and other hot spots, and we visited Lyon's Deli (directly across the street) many times for groceries, drinks, and sandwiches. And of course there's the private rooftop, with tons of seating and gorgeous views of the lake and the city. As you can tell, we really loved Ash's place, and I'd say it's among the top couple of places I've stayed both in the US or abroad. If I'm back in Seattle, I will save the time looking around and just book this place again right away. You should too.
