Had a great time here! Spacious with everything I needed. High quality appliances made it extra nice. The view is amazing and the outdoor patio is awesome. Check in was smooth and I had a wonderful time. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Perfect for business and pleasure
We stayed here for a combination trip of exploring Seattle, and then attending a convention. It was perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do. The Restaurants in walking distance have both incredible variety and even better quality!

Lovely setting in a secured building. Entire building was inviting and clean. The rental was very clean and Vince was very responsive to the minor issue that arose.

Loved the views, especially when it snowed!
Clean penthouse apartment in well maintained condo building! Having space and a kitchen made for a really nice Seattle Experience. Really easy walk down Pike St to Pike's Market. Uber to Seattle City Center (Space Needle) wasn't expensive so this is a great central place to stay. Sugar Bakery & Café on Madison isn't too far to walk for a nice breakfast pastry and cup of Joe. Had a nice stay!

Great Seattle Stay!!
It you are looking for a place in Seattle with a fabulous location book this place!! We stayed there for a long weekend in March 2024. The check in process was much different than other VRBOs we have stayed in (Met someone at a time we agreed upon) but it’s in a residential building so it’s understandable. Everything in the penthouse worked fine. The kitchen had salt, pepper & basic cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable for a weekend stay. The patio was our favorite part - Most places in the city don’t have a large private outdoor space like this! It’s right off interstate 5 so you do hear highway noise but you are 16 stories up & right in the middle of the city so this is expected. Also, the Starbucks reserve is a ~2 block walk & Pike Place Market is ~6 blocks. I would recommend this place for a no frills, enjoyable place to stay.

Great spot for a girls trip!
The place was perfect in EVERY way but a few. Location and host were stellar — they couldn’t have been better. However, it was HOT in Seattle that weekend, and AC would’ve been oh so delightful. There were a million fans in the condo, so we made it work. Additionally, we thought the listing said there was a sofa bed for two ppl to sleep on but we didn’t find one, so a few of us slept on the air mattress which was fine. (We had a total of 6 ppl, and there were only 2 bedrooms, so 2 of us had to sleep in the living room which we were prepared for.) Would totally stay here again in the future.

Not worth the rate I paid
I booked for a high-occupancy period in Seattle, and the price was high (a fool and his money). We had no choice if we wanted some space with a kitchen. The check-in process was unusual and unreasonable. It was not clear until the day of check in that we had to commit to a narrow window for arrival. It was a debacle, because the "greeter" could not be available for hours after our actual arrival. So, if you commit to a time and your flight is delayed, you could be out of luck for a timely check-in. Also the place was described as quiet; there were ear plugs provided in both bathrooms due to highway-5 noise. It is loud. The view is a convention center roof and loading dock with the 5 on the right. We could not enter the building directly from their parking lot; we had to walk down the driveway and around the corner to get up steps to the main entrance. It's an OK unit, convenient to the city, but do not be fooled by a quiet penthouse with a view.

Not a memorable stay
We had such high hopes for this apartment, but unfortunately, it fell flat. The check in process was muddled and confusing. The elevator did not go all the way to the top. It was broken. We had to Carry our luggage up two sets of stairs to the top and down the creepy hall to the apartment. Building is old in serious need of renovation. After talking to many people, this is a rental building with many other short term rentals. The apartment itself had no character. Beds were uncomfortable almost sat on the floor. NeveThe furniture was a mess when we got there outside and the awning was inoperable. All the furniture was old and nothing matches. The quality of the sheets were horrible and towels were generic. The owner should stay their and experience this for himself!

First time to Seattle
The penthouse was a great fit for our girls trip to Seattle. The location was fantastic for us to walk everywhere: several dining locations, and all the sites we came to see. We felt safe leaving our rental car in the secure parking garage.
