Tranquil waterfront lake house 7 mins away from the【Airport】and 20mins to【Downtown Seattle】, this property is a rare find of【nature in urban life】. With private beach access, you can swim in the cleanest lake in King County right from your backyard or enjoy the lake view from your living room. No matter if you are traveling or WFH in Seattle, we hope this property could create a lovely memory for your journey.

【The Property】
「A」An idyllic lakefront suite close to freeways, Link Light Rail, and SeaTac International Airport (relatively quiet as not under the flight path).
「B」Your own private apartment with an updated kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry room. There is a king-size bed, a full bed, a full sofa bed, and a single rollaway available.
「C」There’s a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots & pans, and essential utilities.
「D」The bathroom is with clean towels, makeup removal towels, makeup cotton, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel.
「E」The storage in the back bedroom is equipped with extra pillows and beddings. There is also a queen size air mattress, and a full-size mattress in the storage.


【Guest access】

「A」The entire ground floor of the suite is for your use.
「B」Just outside your sliding glass doors is a patio with chairs that is for your exclusive use.
「C」There are 2 other levels for the backyard. The upper deck is for my family only. You can use the middle level of the backyard (please refer to photos for details).
「D」The beach you will share with us. You are welcome to enjoy it when you wish. The kayak and paddle board are not for guests. Ask owner for permission and use at your own risk.
「E」There are two parking spaces for you to use. Parking lot 1 is on the right side in front of the garbage cans. Parking lot 2 is in front of the mailbox. Please refer to the photos for more details.

【Other things to note】

「A」The owners live in the house above. Rarely some sounds may be audible from below.
「B」Access is via a long flight of uneven concrete stairs on the side of the house, please see pictures.

Amazing house on the lake!!!
This property was amazing! Super close and convenient to the airport but you didn't feel like you were in the city. Freindly owners. The house was clean, great view and the beds were so comfortable!

This Rental in Renton is a Hidden Gem!
Lydia is very accommodating and kind. This property is conveniently close to the airport, but you would never know it once you arrive. The lake setting is idyllic. After a busy day in the city sightseeing, we came back to a relaxing evening by the lake. The beds were very comfortable. One of my daughter’s and her 6’3” husband slept in the pull out sofa bed. Keep in mind that there is only 1 bathroom, but it is very large so my 2 daughters and I enjoyed getting ready together with plenty of room! The kitchen had all the things we needed to make breakfast. Lydia was very responsive if we needed it cooler

Everything about this property was fabulous! Super close to the airport. Great view to wake up to! The place was super clean! We took an Uber in Seattle and did some sight seeing. Then left for a cruise - we were so comfortable! The beds were very comfortable!

Such a cute little basement suite that we are so happy we stumbled on. We come up to seattle once a year to catch a Mariners game & this Vrbo is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in here. The access to your own beach & dock are really the best highlights. But you also can walk to the light rail station(about 17 min walk) & the local park w/a fun splash pad(2 min walk). We loved that a kayak and paddle board were available as well. The suite itself was clean and everything worked as it should. Great communication with the host as well.

Peaceful and convenient location
This was great for my family of six. The lake is pretty and relaxing, and the house is very close to the Angle Lake Link light rail station, making it convenient to get in to town for a Mariners game, downtown, and Seattle Center. Communication with host Lydia was prompt and easy. Will stay here again!
