Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern home in the vibrant Ballard neighborhood, super walkable! Central to everything - Walk to your favorite restaurants, bars, transit, library, Ballard farmers market, and charming parks. East facing living room with tons of natural light.

[FIRST LEVEL]
• Living Room: Futon sofa, Smart TV, Mini-split AC, Floor lamp.
• Kitchen / Dining Area: Fully stocked gourmet open concept kitchen with Microwave, Air-frier, Instant pot, Keurig Coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery and flatware.
• Dining table with seating for 6.


[SECOND LEVEL]
• Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, Closet, Tower fan.
• Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, Closet, Desk and Chair for work, Tower fan.
• A full bathroom #1 with a shower.
• Laundry room: Washer and Dryer.


[THIRD LEVEL]
• Bedroom 3 (Master bedroom): Queen-sized bed, Walk-in Closet, Mini-split AC, Arm Chair with a floor lamp, Smart TV.
• A full bathroom #2 with a shower and free standing tub.

[Parking]
There is a parking spot behind the house. It is the second spot on the left hand side as you drive through the alley way. The parking spots are very tight so we always park on the street when we stay there. We have never had to go more than two blocks to find a parking spot. However, You are more than welcome to use the parking spot.

Great Stay in Ballard
Our stay was great. This is a great location. Easy to walk to the Locks and to great food. The house was in great condition and was quite nice. Would recommend.

A Wonderful Location & Home!
Ballard is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy in Seattle and the location of the property is perfect! Just far enough north of the night life to remain quiet, while close enough to enjoy walking distance access to all the fun things there are to do in Ballard. The property manager was wonderful and made sure we were aware of when we could take out the trash and everything to make sure our stay was as nice as could be. Plenty of space to spend the week and few days we were there, and would visit again!

Great place to stay in Ballard
The location was perfect! We walked everywhere in Ballard and even walked down to the Ballard Locks. Close to everything yet tucked into a nice, quiet street. We loved having different levels for kids and teens to hang out on during our stay. The upper most level has a fabulous roof top deck where we spent the mornings drinking coffee and relaxing. Very clean and organized spaces. The only negative was that it needed more cups of varying sizes for water and/or juice but that is pretty minor. If we get back to Ballard we will plan to stay here!!
