The door code was extremely difficult to use. Very dark hall , and code box black and unable to see numbers unless you manage to hit it correctly. We were given the wrong door code, and luckily there was a yard man working who managed to use a different code to open the door. We were not given a phone number for the contact person, and we had a very hard time getting in to the unit late on the night before we were leaving in the AM. Also the WIFI was unhooked so that was an issue also. Definitely needs improvement and better communication.

Clean and comfortable in older building
We really enjoyed out stay. The studio is relatively updated, clean, and comfortable. Bed is great, not too firm nor soft. The neighborhood is wonderful and close to everything. There is a pretty strong musty smell from what I believe is previous water damage in the unit. A few minor fixtures could use tightening up, i.e. towel rod. The building itself could use some updating and cleaning. All in all it was a good experience!

Lovely studio, accomodating host!
This studio was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen (a lot of kitchen tools that are missing in other vacation rentals), and the bed was pretty comfortable. In addition, I had an unexpected Zoom meeting starting at check-in time. I messaged the host to ask if I could possibly check in 10 minutes early. Communication was easy and the host was willing to accomodate my change in plans. I appreciate how helpful the host was in everything from the detailed directions they sent me to their willingness to accomodate a less-than-ideal request.

Cozy and spotless
The unit is exactly as described. Although it is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, it is a perfect studio sized apartment, very bright and cheery. I appreciated all the little amenities, and the easy check out. Edmond is a great spot to stay in Seattle; there is an Amtrak station there and the ferry to Kingston, was well as several great cafes. The instructions for access are a bit confusing, but the owner is quick to respond to questions.

Wanted to check out Edmonds during our trip to Seattle. This property was located within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and water. After day of sight seeing it was nice to relax in a clean, safe, comfortable apartment. Just as advertised.

Great unit with updated modern interior, clean, comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood but the apartment building had very thin walls and you could hear everything from doors slamming to dogs barking and laundry machines running.
