THIS is your dream house, if views, comfort and quiet are your most important considerations. Views of city skyline, lake and mountain from deck and extends into the living and dining room. The beautiful year-round views will relax your mind and body. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, a romantic dinner and a sip in the evening, watch the Seafair air show in the summer on first-class couch and enjoy the view of snow-capped mountains in the distance from the warmth of the couch in winter.

The Space:
The view from the deck is unforgettable and extends into the living room and even the dining room. Enjoy the Seafair air show with friends and family from our deck! Plus the stunning lake and mountain views all year round.
This is a 2-level home with 3 bedrooms. The entire house can accommodate up to 8 sleepers (with 1 sofa bed in lower living area).

You will enjoy the entire house and the spacious deck.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in Leschi and you will enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Washington and Bellevue. We live on a very quiet and safe street which is just 3 short blocks from Lake Washington. With less than 3 minutes walk, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake while you exercise. There are many high rating restaurants nearby and grocery stores in just minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Transportation:
22 minutes from SeaTac Airport via I-5N.

Some bus stations in one block away with several minutes walk.
Route 27 (5 mins walking, down the hill) take you directly to Downtown, SODO, International District, Pioneer Square, downtown light rail station, stadiums, ferries to Bainbridge and Bremerton.
Route 14 (4mins, up the hill) can take you directly to downtown, international District, sports stadiums. Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market and Seattle Center/Space Needle.

13 minutes from downtown Seattle, 10 minutes to China town, 17 minutes to Pike Market, 19 minutes to Space Needle, 15 minutes to Pacific Place for shopping, 25 minutes to Kelly Park( beautiful night view of Seattle)

Other Things to Note:
Our home is located on a steep street with no parking in front of the property, but free parking is conveniently available across the street and on nearby streets.

Great view!
5 of us (a 5 year old, parents, and grandparents) stayed 2 nights. The view from the deck was amazing and the perfect place to relax with morning coffee or dine al fresco. Location was very safe, house was clean and well stocked, showers were great, beds were comfortable, and owner was very responsive and quick with all communications. Lower level was like it’s own apartment with a bedroom, lovely bathroom, kitchen and living space. We’d recommend this home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
