The space

Each townhome is 900sq ft and has 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized bed and a bathroom - comfortably accommodating 4 people.

With this reservation, you are reserving 2 separate, adjacent townhomes that will accommodate up to 8 guests for larger groups wanting to travel together, but maintain individual privacy.


Our Space

First floor:
This is where our small but cozy living area is located, along with the kitchen and small dining table. Minisplit AC/Heater available.

Second floor:
The washer/dryer is located on the second floor, as well as the first bedroom and bathroom. No Minisplit, only electric wall heater.

Third floor:
Our master bedroom and bathroom with shower stall. Minisplit AC/Heater available.

Fourth floor:
This is where our rooftop is!

Yes, there are stairs! It is important to note that this is a three story townhome for those that may have difficulties with stairs.

***We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out for a small fee. The fee is to cover changes made to our cleaner's schedule to accommodate your requests. Luggage drop offs before check in time may also be requested. Requests are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate if possible.***

Guest access
The property will be solely available for our guests to use.
Other things to note
Parking-
Parking will be street parking, with one parking permit made available for our guests. If needing additional permits for more than 1 vehicle, please let us know as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on short notice as additional permits have to be approved by Seattle Parking.
As in any urban area, street parking can get full but you'll be able to find parking anywhere around the neighborhood. Additionally, please do not store any valuables in the vehicle.

Pets-
We do allow one pet per stay. Please be advised there is a pet fee, and you must select the pet option when making the reservation.

Smart Code Access-
The property is conveniently equipped with a smart lock that will be programmed to the last four phone number associated with the account making the reservation. Please make sure your phone number is updated on your account.
