Our stylish interior and newly remodeled home comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.
It features a 43" smart TV and high-speed 600 Mbps internet to keep you connected.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy takeout from the many great nearby eateries.

2 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen (sleeping 4 adults) - plus a loft space (sleeping 2 kids or 1 young adult) up a flight of stairs on the second floor.
High-end pillow-top, medium-firm mattresses and a choice of down or memory foam sleeping pillows, plus extra blankets throughout, ensure a comfortable stay.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans throughout keep the home cool.

The loft space has a full-size futon bed, perfect for 2 children, with extra bedding provided.
It also works as a work-from-home office, with a monitor and cable to connect your laptop.

A well-stocked collection of games, books, and playing cards to keep both adults and children entertained.
The space is baby/child-friendly, with a high chair, pack-n-play, plug covers, baby gates, toys, books, puzzles, kids' plates, bowls, and utensils.

A front-load washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum in separate laundry room.

Enjoy the large, fenced backyard and patio, which features a BBQ, outdoor dining table with umbrella, Adirondack chairs, sun lounger and yard games

Great place to stay in Ballard
The Ballard Farmhouse was the perfect place for my one week stay in Ballard. The house is conveniently located, generously sized and very well equipped. The big back yard feels like a private oasis. The hosts are right next door. They are welcoming and very responsive. I feel fortunate to have found such a great place to stay.

Extended Stay at a Lovely Home!
Loved this cute little home for our 3 week trip to Seattle. I was working remotely, and enjoyed the use of the little upstairs office space. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and set up. Had all the amenities I would hope for in a rental and more. Home is in a great location walking distance to Ballard shops, not too far from Golden gardens. If we ever have another long trip to Seattle would hope to stay here again!

My golden retriever and I had a lovely stay at this Ballard cottage. My dog loved the fully fenced yard and I loved the well-appointed kitchen and other thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. Would definitely stay again.

Well appointed classic Ballard home in great area
We had a very nice stay in Nicole's house, which is an original Ballard home that she has updated very tastefully. We were warm and comfy, and enjoyed being able to walk to all the great stuff in downtown Ballard. Bedrooms are upstairs and the sole bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs are fairly steep, which could be inconvenient for nighttime bathroom runs. We felt safe with the handrail and treads but something to consider if this affects you. My small dog was welcome and we enjoyed the fenced yard and the mudroom (very convenient for drying a wet dog).
