Designed by a local artist with an eye for style and an obsession with reclaimed materials, our Market Finds suite is lovingly infused with vintage touches, local art, and unique style. Centrally located between Ballard, the U-District and Downtown, you’ll have easy access to the best Seattle has to offer. You’ll find 25+ restaurants, bars and coffee shops within one-half mile!

This suite is on the lower level of a newly renovated 50s duplex in Seattle’s charming and character-filled Fremont neighborhood. Market Finds comfortably sleeps four and is equipped with everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. A few of our highlights are:

* This is the lower-level unit in a 1950’s building, so some noise transfer is possible.
* We are situated above the street so there are stairs to the entrance, and then stairs down from the entrance into the unit
• Our quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between those hours. This house is old and 100% wood floors, so some noise is to be expected before and after these times.

• Keeping a tidy home for the duration of the stay
We like to keep check-out as simple as possible and we do not ask for much, but please keep in mind that the following issues could result in an extra fee from our cleaning team, which could be passed onto you:

- Excessively soiled linens (accidents happen; please use the washer and dryer.)
- Excess loose trash (i.e. trash throughout the unit, not bagged.)
- Smoke smell (marijuana, vape, and cigarettes are not permitted.)

Pets: We allow up to two well-behaved, housebroken, dogs to accompany you during your stay (for a fee). Animals (including service dogs) are NOT permitted to be left alone in the unit at any time during your say. We do not allow dogs on furniture, but if yours cannot help it, please use the provided furniture covers! Absolutely no pee pads are permitted.
