Superb stay and excellent host - David
The room was clean and all the facilities provided. The breakfast is always served hot. the complimentary parking helps too. There are a lot of dining places around and David explained about almost all the eateries and also how I can I reach the places I plan to visit.

Beautiful and comfortable. Owner met us at our car and carried our luggage in. The home is furnished with beautiful antiques. All of the staff was very friendly. We look forward to staying there again.

Staff very prompt, courteous, and attentive. Easily contacted and helpful. Handout with map very useful to me. Alternate breakfast made for me, due to having to leave prior to meal time. Off street parking tight but extremely helpful given lack of street parking. Room a mix of old and new. I would do it again.

Cozy home feeling
A wonderful and homely place. The room was amazing and comfortable. The staff was super friendly from Melanie to Tim, everyone made us feel welcomed. The property is phenomenal and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Seattle.

Great Bed and Breakfast
David, the owner, warmly greeted my out in the parking lot (free parking!!!) and took my bag upstairs to my room. The property (cool house built 112 years ago but nicely updated bathrooms!) and staff maintained that level of service/satisfaction the whole way through. Breakfast was complimentary and like a home-cooked meal. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the best stay I’ve had In Seattle, they were very nice, and left a key for me to check in after hours. The room was clean and very homie, this is now the only place I will stay at when in Seattle.

David, the innkeeper, was super nice and welcoming. I had to leave before breakfast was served so they packed a nice to-go breakfast for me. The room was very clean and the whole property is beautiful. A huge bonus is the free off-street parking, a rarity in the city! I hope to stay there again next time I'm in Seattle.

Really nice bed and breakfast. We were greeted outside by the staff and given a run down of the property, local spots and directions on how to walk or ride into downtown. The building is a gorgeous, old building and the rooms are comfortable and homey. Our room was ready really early and perfect. The staff is really friendly and seem like they really care. The property is within walking distance of downtown, broadway, nice parks, Dick’s and an amazing cafe called bakery nouveau. Overall a really great experience, I feel like we got lucky to find them.
