KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a French-door refrigerator.

One block north of the house is Alki Beach Park. Seattle's most popular sand beach which was featured in “Sleepless in Seattle”. Stroll or bike ride along the paved path and take in dazzling views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and the Seattle skyline.

Check out the various beachside dining options all within walking distance along Alki Ave. Some popular options include Mexican cuisine at Cactus (5 minutes), Italian at Il Nido (2 minutes) and seafood at Spud’s (5 minutes) or Duke’s (8 minutes).

Continue east along the water to Seacrest Park to catch a water taxi to downtown Seattle (2.4 miles). From the taxi landing you'll have quick access to some of Seattle's top attractions including Pike’s Place Market, the Aquarium, the Great Wheel, Seattle Art Museum, and the Space Needle.

There are several major grocery stores about a mile and a half away along California Ave and Admiral Way. Head south along California another 1.5 miles and you'll find Alaska Junction, a West Seattle hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment.

Great little townhome few blocks from the beach. Walkable to the beach and retail area. Place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Wish there were ceiling fans in rooms.

Alki Beach Perfection!
My family and I loved this property as it wasn't too far from not only the beach but the stadiums and malls that we tend to frequent when we go out there. We will definitely be staying here again as it is much more peaceful than in other parts of the Seattle area we have been in!!!

Walking distance to restaurants, beach, mountains & park
This is a great location! Highly recommend. It was worth a little extra to be closer to the water, due to STEEP hills as you go away from the water. We slept 7. One person slept on the couch, but that is max capacity. It could use a love seat. But, I’m not complaining! The host was quick to respond to our questions and we enjoyed walking the area for a couple days before we got on a cruise. Also, very convenient to a free bus (#50) that takes you to the ferry straight to Pike’s Place. From there, we took a monorail to the space needle. We didn’t have a chance to an underground tour and the kids didn’t want to go in the Pop Culture museum, so we will be back!

Only really sleeps 6 (not 8)
Great location, clean, but this place does not sleep 8 comfortably. Three bedrooms and the small living room couch that does not convert to a real bed was not adequate for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. My adult son tried sleeping on the couch and ended up sleeping on the floor since it was more comfortable. Also, that couch is the only furniture in the living room space and is not adequate for more than 4 people. Others have to sit on the floor or sit in a dining chair. Upstairs bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly. Bryan was very responsive.

Close to everything we needed
Visited family in west Seattle and on Vashon .Everything at the condo was clean comfortable and convenient. Worked out great ! My father is in his seventies, so the one thing I would say is there are a lot of stairs , something g to consider if traveling with very young children or elderly.

Great West Seattle Location
We were in West Seattle for our daughter’s wedding. This was a perfect location just down the street from the venue, we could also walk to other family members’ places, the beach to look for sea glass, and local restaurants. Bryan even let us check in early.

Amazing place, perfect location!
It was a smooth process of communicating and getting things done with Bryan. He also let us check in a bit earlier. The place is exactly as it's advertised. We fell in love with the location. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We highly recommend this area and Bryan's property if you want to explore West Seattle.
