Plenty of seating in the beach-style living room, with French doors opening onto raised patio. Private backyard also features a second patio with BBQ.
Master bedroom equipped with king bed, closet, private bathroom includes double sink and shower. Second big bedroom features queen size bed, additional seating, and closet. Third bedroom hosts two single beds and closet.
Dining table and separate breakfast nook offer options for formal and informal meal times.

Perfect little place for staying in the area
We were in town for a conference and it had everything we needed: clean bathroom, kitchen, porch, clean bed, enough space, living room, etc. Jogged around the neighborhood and to the sand dunes. Plenty of food nearby

Fabulous 3bd, 2bth in Seaside, just north of Monterey. Great location, easy to get around, small market, liquor store and bakery within walking distance. Well appointed, truly lovely. Only one thing, there wasn't a Kleenex box to be found. Just sayin'. All in all, couldn't be happier and would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We would recommend it to friends and family as it was close to a lot of places we wanted to see, and do but more affordable than staying in Carmel or Monterey. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely like to book again.

Quiet Stay in Seaside
Was visiting to go to Monterey, Carmel, & area. This location has fast access to the highway to enjoy the places we wanted to visit. The house is setup well and very quiet at night. Loved our stay.

Nice house near Monterey!
This is a cute little house near Monterey. It was clean and well equipped to house our family of six, while we were visiting Monterey. It was 10 minutes or less to drive to the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!
