Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

By far the best property we’ve stayed at in Seaside. Cleanliness was amazing, views spectacular, the eagles out back were one of my favorite things other than that fireplace and bathroom! We loved our stay here! The hot tub was great, and the house is only a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the house is amazing. Walkable to a number of restaurants. It was a very clean home, and we appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside!

We have stayed in this house several times and the location is beyond perfect. The house has everything one would need for a cozy stay on the Oregon coast. Dog/kid friendly and a walk from the beach or the enchanting little town of Seaside. We will be back : )

50th Wedding Anniversary at the Beach
The beach house was clean and well equipped. Evening sunsets were spectacular! The beach across the road was easy to access for us 70+ year olds. The house was cheery and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, hot tub, comfy bed, and the unique bathroom was special. The location was convenient.

Perfect house for girls weekend. Rigjt across the street from the ocean and golf course on the othe side. Hot tub was very clean as was the house. Comfy beds, newly remodeled bathroom, well decorated. Patio was cozy. Kitchen is dated but it was more than adequate for our needs. Had lots of supplies in the garage for the beach too! Quick bike ride to town or short walk to the osprey cafe. Definitely get the breakfast burrito

We loved staying here, it was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the views on both sides were great! Bald eagle came to perch on the tree every afternoon on the golf coursecside, sunets at the beach on the other side were awesome. Overall great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.
