They need to hire a professional handyman. Repairs made in the room look like a kid did the repairs.

Stay was good overall but bathtub in one of the 3rd floor rooms was very slippery inside at the front end of the tub and I slipped out of control leading to soreness and bruising. It is dangerous and risky.Headboard also needed to be cleaned of dirty greasy handprints. Thank You.

The most terrible experience ever!!! Starting from checking in, the front desk agent was very unprofessional and rude, asking us to sign the document without giving us a chance to read it. Next, the moment we stepped in to our room, it had a strong odor. There were bed stains, towels were covered with hair so that we had to buy our own towels and bed sheets. There were strange noises, people constantly talking loud next to our door and walking the whole night. We felt completely unsafe and scared the whole night coz the door lock seemed also very insecure and partially broken. We were also worried about our car parked at the hotel coz they don’t secure its safety. Anyone can walk in and steal your car or break into your room. We would never pay even $10 for this and we want to WARN EVERYONE NOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
