Nice room. Excellent location, best possible in seaside. Awesome pool and spa area. Friendly staff. Easy beach access. Poor checkin experience. Room not ready at agreed upon time, no communication when room was finally ready. Had to return to front desk to ask. Overall 8.5/10 enjoyable stay but need to improve checkin experience.

Not only did we have to wait an additional 3 hour for our room to ready, the room was extremely dusty. The top of the fridge was dirty. I have been being promised for three days now that the manager would be calling. Normally this place is amazing but this is the worst experience I have ever had!

Amazing resort. Staff made it even more luxurious with too notch service. The pool is the best at the beach. Outside, heated, and with a beach view. Due to Covid it had to be reserved and there were much fewer people than usual which was nice.

Excellent stay as always, and location is great. My only complaint would be that when we arrived at 7:30 pm our room wasn’t ready, so we ran an errand real quick and by the time we were done it was ready.
