Awesome home especially for large group
This home has everything. Instructions on how tvs work, kitchen cabinets were tagged as to location of items, comfy beds, great location, stocked with everything you'll need such as spices, coffee, etc. Everyone in our group loved this home. We were a family of 9 and we loved having bathrooms in each room & comfy beds. The owners put a lot of thought into making this a welcoming home.

Wonderful property!
We booked this property for Spring Break with myself and 3 children and we were so pleased with our stay! The property has a ton of space and is stocked with anything you might need! I work remote so looked for a property that offered some space for kids to play and me to work. This property has separated spaces that was just what we needed! Property is conveniently located at the end of the prom, which offered a quick and nice walk down to Broadway and activities. The owners left treats upon check-in, which made the kids so happy and were easy to reach with the few questions we had. There are 6 bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms, making this property an amazing choice for groups or families! There is a great backyard space to hang and spend time with family or friends around the fire pit, playing games, or relaxing in the hot tub!

Excellent Stay
My particular group of friends gets together once or twice a year at house on the Oregon coast, so we've done this before. This house is by far the best stocked house we have ever seen. They literally have everything. I am so used to having to bring my own specialty items and they had a really great selection of things already stocked like oils, salts and spices. Cooker! The layout of the house is odd but works. All six bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a rare find. Multiple living areas and a separate dining room. Make this a really great space for groups when you want to spread out. The owners were great. I had one very small issue and they came over and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They were very gracious.

Perfect Space for Family Gathering!
This is the perfect house for a family gathering! This home has six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with a living room, dining room, patio, hot tub, and den. It allows for people to gather in groups of two, three, or even ten people. The kitchen has virtually everything anyone could want: two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, 2 refrigerators with ice maker and water filter, coffee maker (with coffee beans and ground coffee), electric teakettle (a drawer of decaf teas and a drawer of caffeinated teas), and large kitchen sink with sprayer. It comes stocked with cookie sheets, mixing/serving bowls, hot pads, oven mitts, Ziploc bags, wax paper, Saran wrap, glass measuring cups, electric griddle, stock pot, frying pans, sauce pans, lids for everything, flatware, enough plates and bowls for multiple meals, mugs, wine glasses, tumblers, sippy cups, toddler silverware, and placemats. Plus, two dog dishes. The spacious patio has comfortable furniture and a barbecue.For beach play, they provide folding chairs, towels, and a wagon. The house is a short walk to the beach (down the street and over a dune). I cannot recommend this rental house enough! Great space, well-equipped, and within walking distance to the beach!

Truly Best Equipped Home
We stayed here for a family gathering with people coming from all over - even someone who cycled all the way from Seattle (wouldn’t recommend that). This place was set up perfectly for hanging out inside in kitchen/great room, outside on deck, around firepit and in hot tub. We enjoyed a large MBR plus everyone had their own bathrooms. Hooks on walls in entryway kept order. Plentiful soaps, toiletries, paper products. But the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Fridge was empty on arrival but oils, seasonings, and every cooking implement imaginable was available. We stayed casual but plenty of space for a formal meal. My daughters loved the numerous collections and decorations in the many rooms, most of which having desks. Within walking distance of beach and downtown eateries. Not a view property but outdoor space is lovely for post adventure relaxing. Host was available upon contact. Enough parking for our 4 vehicles. No complaints or recommendations as this was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect for Big Family Gatherings!
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom! Plus, there is a half-bath between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Pots, pans, coffee maker, electric teakettle, cookie sheets, 2 ovens, gas stovetop, drinking glasses, wine glasses, ceramic mugs, griddle, Ziploc bags, tea bags, hot pads, dishwasher, and microwave. The house has a large, beautiful back patio with a barbecue, large table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a fire pit. We ate several meals out on the deck. We also enjoyed some reading on the lounge chairs while we listened to the birds sing. The house offered a wide variety of beach accessories: towels, beach cart, and umbrella. Our family plans on coming back each year! This is our second year staying here. The first time, it rained buckets and we made excellent use of the many gas fireplaces and many comfortable places to congregate (large dining room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, reading nook between bedrooms and living room, living room). This year, it was hot, so we enjoyed the 0.3 mile walk straight down from the front door to the ocean. What a perfect location!

Beautiful home, perfect vacation
Everything was spot on. The space and the hot tub were great, it was less than two blocks from the ADA accessible beach access walkway on 12th. We received a notice that the owners were staying in the adjoining unit but aside from being very responsive to our questions didn't bother us at all. The reviews are corect in that the kitchen has everything a group of humans could want and more! We ended up making pizzas in the twin ovens! Honestly I felt kind of guilty as we left 40 minutes later than expected and I had to quiet down a couple of unruly guests but the hosts very much took it in stride (thanks!!). For the price what you get for this property is incredible with regards to location, bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities. Cannot recommend enough!

Loved Our Week at the Beach
A great property with lots of room for families. 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large dining room, kitchen/family room, sitting room, deck,hot tub and a block to the beach. A short walk along the beachfront promenade takes you to downtown Seaside. A great place to visit!

Such a great place!!
We had a wonderful time vacationing with our grown children. Each room is its own suite so was perfect for us. There are lots of spaces to gather or spread out both inside and out, and just two short blocks to the beach/boardwalk. Jance was an amazing host from sweet treats on arrival to helpful communications during our stay and then over-and-above assistance mailing some forgotten items. 😍 We hope to stay again one day soon!

Great House, Great Hosts!
We had a 3 generation family vacation here. Grandparents (2), adult kids (4), and young grandkids (3). This house met our needs perfectly. The house was very clean, close to the beach and town, provided everything that could be needed, and was very roomy and comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating in assuring we had the best stay possible. Highly recommend this property!

Everything you ever thought you’d need plus more in a beach getaway…
We loved staying here - the place is well furnished and abundantly equipped! We enjoyed having enough bedrooms (and baths) for everyone and loved all the “beachy” decor. Our only suggestion would be to equip one of the downstairs showers with bars. Otherwise it was pretty much perfect.

Wonderful home away from home
This was the perfect place for our team to get some much needed rest after Hood to Coast. The home has plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to spread out, along with a hot tub for sore muscles. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy the huge dining room table or to take advantage of all of the kitchen wares that this home is stocked with. Literally everything you would ever need to make an epic gourmet meal is in this home - and then some! The second fridge is a fantastic idea for a home this size as well. What a delight it was to stay here! We ran into the owner at the mailbox and they were super friendly and did not interfere with our stay at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and almost hesitate to brag about this place - for fear it wont be available for us next time!
