Great location and lots to do!
We had an amazing time! It was great proximity to walk downtown and to the beach. But the best part was all the house itself had to offer. The kitchen appliances as well as cookware were the best options we had seen at any vacation rental. The game room was tons of the fun and the hot tub & fire pit were certainly enjoyed by all. It rained during our stay but it wasn’t a let down at all. It’s expected here in the PNW and this house is set up to enjoy during any type of weather. Thank you!

Fun cozy home
We loved it! Location is great, all the games, video games, air hockey table, comfy couches and beds, every kitchen gadget you could ever need. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub. You're charged $75 to use it and it was gritty with murkey water. Wouldn't keep us from staying here again, we'd just ask for the hot tub fee to be removed as we wouldn't use ut.

Great beach getaway
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday! The house is decorated so cute and was extremely clean. They had so much to offer and do. There was a large variety of things to keep you entertained from young to old. I was very impressed with all the movies, books, gaming consoles, and games. You can tell that the owners really care about their guests and take pride in this lovely getaway. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Great House with so many extras!
This house has everything you need and more! All the perks plus so many bonuses. Great house for tweens and teens and adults. The hot tub is private and the house is perfect walking distance from "downtown" and even closer to the beach. We will definitely come back.

One of the best ever
We have rented many houses all the way the Olympic Peninsula through Yachats, OR and this has been one of the best rentals ever, primarily because of the condition and quantity of everything within. When we weren't playing at the Seaside Volleyball Tournament, we were enjoying pinball, air hockey, an xbox series x, a PS5, and full-size arcade games. The cookware and mattresses didn't seem like they were third-hand primary home discards. The gas stove was a pleasure to cook on. The place was immaculate. The non-perishables sharing shelf (with previous and future renters) was brilliant--We used what was there and left some contributions. The house was tastefully decorated and painted thoughtfully. Everything was dusted and working exactly as intended. I don't think I could EVER claim that in my other rental experiences. The checkout was simple. Congrats to the owners/management of this house. I'm already looking forward to next year.

best beach house we have ever had
the house was beautiful and way bigger than pictures made it look. beds were so comfortable...i have never slept better! game room was so great for the kids and the adults. hot tub was clean and relaxing. easy, quick walk to great restaurants, beach and downtown. my kids said we have to get this house again next summer.

Soccer tournament and family time
Wow! We sure loved staying here and could have been very comfortable for much longer. The layout of the house is great. Clean, everything we needed. The game room was so much fun for the kids. We cooked and enjoyed meals. It was quiet and safe. Great location for walking to town and the beach. We even had a small pinball machine issue and the staff showed up on site within minutes to repair it. We will be back for sure!

Such a fun house!
We all loved this house! There is something for everyone. Pinball and air hockey were a huge hit, lots of awesome puzzles and board games for all ages, many not even open yet. The location is PERFECT, very quiet and yet we literally never had to drive our car the entire time we were there because it is just a couple blocks from the main strip and from the beach. House was very clean, hot tub was wonderful, can't say enough good things. Lots of great memories made over the long weekend!

Fantastic home great location
This is the best equipt home we have ever stayed in! Many extra blankets and pillows plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen has many extras like an air fryer, vitamix, ice cream maker. Plenty of plates and silverware that I didn’t need to wash after every meal! And the game room was the star of our stay. With kids ranging from 5-16 they were all entertained! Designed by a family for families! 100%

Beautiful beach house
So happy to have found this place. It is very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway with our children to celebrate a mile-stone birthday. So many games we could never have played all of them! Great coffee pot and kitchen appliances galore and cooking amenities. Only thing we could suggest to improve on is at least one more chair in the living room. The six of us couldn’t all sit in the same room comfortably on the only sofa in there without bringing in a dining chair. That room size is more than adequate for a lounge chair in there so just something to consider in the future. We would stay here again.

Teens loved the game room, great location, clear directions within house. Lots of helpful touches. Only downside was the bedding and pillows. Not very comfortable. Otherwise it’s a fantastic place would definitely stay again.

This property has it all!
Amazing, I had stayed before and will again. This property is clean, bright and offers all amenities! Hot tub, firepit, BBQ, game room, walking distance to strip and to the beach. Just come, park and everything else is right there down to beach chairs to carry to the beach! Iggy's is amazing place nearby. If the weather is great, you have the beach and strip but if not, you have the game room, hot tub and firepit. I would rate this place a 10 Star if I could....very well worth the money!

Amazing beach getaway
What a wonderful home! The game room, hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit with adults and children alike. The house has a great layout, is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of attention to detail. We felt right at home and also slept very well in the comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. We loved our time at this house and would definitely come back! 5/5 stars for sure!

We loved our stay at the house. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved all the games and the adults had a lot of fun as well. The walk to town to grab dinner was so easy and short. The beach was a nice walk as well. We would stay here again if we get back to Oregon to visit.b

Great House with Plenty of Entertainment
Great property. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the amazing array of games. Really ideally located in Seaside, and just a short walk to everything. Easy drive to Cannon Beach as well (really enjoyed the Whiskey bar there). The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is super well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

We stay at the coast often in rentals and this by far is the best weve ever stayed in. Kids and teens loved the game toom whichbsaved us money grom the arcade! House was fully stocked. Overall the best rental for a family or two!!!

Fantastic Stay!
Our family takes a one week (or more) trip to the coast every year. This year we needed a new place where we could bring our dog. This house has everything you could want. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious! We loved that the house was one level. The layout is great because the game room, (which has everything including pinball, a racing game, air hockey, two great video game systems, board games, movies, and comfortable seating) is on the opposite side of the house from the other living area, and it has a door so no worries if you want to watch a movie while kids are playing games. The kitchen is in the center of the house and is stocked with just about every cooking utensil and small appliance you could need. The yard is fenced, although one part of the fence is a little short if you have a large dog like we do. The fire pit left us great memories of hoodies and smores. The hottub is large and very clean. The management is the most responsive that I have ever dealt with. It is obvious that the owners have taken great care to give you the best experience. We will definitely be back. I would hands down recommend this house.
