The main level has a spa-like bathroom with a bathtub and stall shower central to two spacious bedrooms ; Main level master bedroom has a Serta 14” luxurious King size tempurmedic memory foam bed and another with LinenSPA’s luxurious queen bed at the main level. Take the spiral staircase upwards to a cute bunk-bed hideout for the kids and perhaps a junior master suite complete with its own indoor balcony overlooking the entire living space. This master suite bathroom features a luxurious walking shower, and wait for it, a red heart shaped tub perfect for a long soak with Airb bubbles! The property also has its own washer & dryer. This is home away from home with a touch of luxury and a complete serenity from your busy life

We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see below
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
Neighborhood
Webster ave in Seaside heights on the bay side is one of the most sought after prime location, which is centrally located to town, walkable to department stores, several restaurants, bakeries , bay, boardwalk , all the fun things & beach. Best part is , all fun things are walkable, when you want to retire to a quiet place, just head back to our property. Very quiet bay block , 2 blocks from beach. This is a family friendly neighborhood and you can rent bikes , if you forgot to bring yours.
Other Details to note
- Township noise ordinance at 10:00 pm
- No Loud music or parties of any kind
- Please be honest about number of people, overcrowding is frowned upon and pls do not invite over friends who doesnt stay at our property
- Should you leave the property in extreme messy condition, your security deposit shall be withheld.
- Town is pretty strict about Garbage and recycle. Bottles / cans / recyclables goes directly into the colored container with no bags and general trash to be bagged in black trash bags and placed in black containers. Any violations would lead to a ticket from the town that’s a responsibilities of the guest.
- Please bring your own towels, we do not provide towel service
- No smoking or vaping anywhere at the property including pool & outdoor. Smoking inside will trigger a mandatory $500 charges for odor removal
