Luxury Townhouse (built 2007) Front Unit Facing Ocean, in Seaside Heights, New Jersey!! Beautiful and spacious 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, three balconies (ocean views from top balcony), Central Air, Washer/Dryer, granite countertops and two car garage. Cable and WiFi.

Weekly Rental Saturday to Saturday.
($500 discont)

Level # 1: 1 bedroom (2 full beds - Sleeps 4) w/ TV, Full Bath w/ jacuzzi tub (Not Working), and balcony.
Level # 2: Sitting area w/ TV, 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds: 1 bunk bed twin over full -, and 1 bunk bed twin over twin - Sleeps5)

One block from boardwalk and beach. Rides, waterpark, bicycling, mini golf, arcade, all within walking!! State park, jet ski, boat rentals and crabbing on the bay, close by!

I was pleasantly surprised with the place, very spacious , excellent location, not very clean
The condo is amazing, nice area, very close to the beach and boardwalk. I just have one complain, for the cleaning fee I paid, I was expecting it to be spotless and it was not. The floors not sure if they were mopped, I could feel sand under my feet and I was the first one to walk in. In the sheets we found some stains. The balconies were dirty. They want to leave all the dishes in the dishwasher but they don't provided pods, so I had to hand wash them all . Found some feet marks on the walls. Other than that we had an amazing time!

Fourth of July weekend
Property was in a great location and very clean. My group really enjoyed our stay in the location. The reason for the 4 stars is on Saturday of the stay there we’re torrential downpours and rain started to come in through a light fixture on the ceiling in the upstairs living room.

The property was excellent, clean and spacious! The property owner was very easy to contact. Location was a block from the beach but busy area near the boardwalk. If you want less crowds venture north of the property.

5 floors (2 are bilevel 2nd and 4th fl) 3 balconies. 1st fl -1st bedroom with 2 full beds with tv. private bath, private balcony. 2nd fl -bilevel small open living room area with tv next to 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. ,3rd fl- half bath , nice size kitchen, spacious dining room, large balcony. 4th fl - bilevel large open living room area with large tv. 5th fl- 3rd bedroom full size bed with tv, 4th bedroom with bunk beds tv, both room share the balcony. Washer and dryer on 5th fl next to full bathroom . 2 car garage, 1 1/2 block from beach. Grear views. Near attractions..Owners are great. Always available when texting if there's any concerns they will try and rectify immediately. A must stay , worth the price.
