** Guest access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking hang tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.
