Great location and well-managed
It's not fancy, but the location is great for families visiting students at Harding. It was clean, and the service was fantastic. Management was very cooperative when a billing issue arose. Overall my family was very satisfied with our stay here.

NO breakfast as advertised. NO restaurant. The tub was dirty. No maid service past noon, and no one knocked to see if we wanted it. When came in at 10 pm 1 towels left each night!! upstairs people were so so so loud. carpet filthy. when out of shower feet were then so dirty on bottom from carpet. Air conditioner barely blew and it was 99 each day! Will neer recommend that place!

Nice but with caveat
Charged $100 deposit upon check-in, ostensibly for possible room damage I might cause. So right away this tells you the type of clientele that stay here, or possibly what the owner thinks of the clientele. Hotel looks overall rundown and abandoned by the previous Days Inn it used to be. Room was quite adequate and clean though. Well worth the $50 a night charge. Just don't be surprised if you end up in an episode of Forensic Files.

Bathroom was ridiculously dirty. Had to clean the toilet before we could ever use it. There was built up dirt and grime along the base boards and the walls and something spilled on them that was never cleaned

Never coming back.
Upon arrival, i told i had to pay 100 in cash before i could even get my room that i had already paid for it was late there was no atm at the location and was never told when i purchased the room. Very frustrating 😕 also loud noises all night

It was quite dated. The room was neglected. Over time, if a room is not consistently cleaned well, it just gets dingy. There are little things that make a difference. We had hairs on the blanket on the bed. The owner/manager replaced the blanket for us and apologized. Our phone also did not work, so they repaired it while we were out. The entire property needs to be refreshed.

Welcome to your average low budget motel. Beds were comfortable pillows were nice. I had worked till 3am got to bed about 4am. knowing check was 11am as posted on the back of the door and listed on Hotels.com i needed to sleep right before check out and walk out the door at 11am. But. . . 9:00am the motel phone rings, obviously the front desk as nobody knows im there. I lift it off the hook & set it back down. Trying to go back to sleep it rings again. I ignore it. Then my cell phone rings (yep, front desk) i again ignore it. Roll over trying to go back to sleep. About 9:30am the guy comes banging on my door, and yes i had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob. . Trying hard to ignore this disruption to get a few more minutes of sleep he then opens my door, which is stopped by the chain, and hollers loudly asking if im gonna stay another day. I ignore him. He closes the door and walks away. Approximately 10am he calls the room again!!! I got up showered and left, never ever to return here again. He also did the same to my employee about the same time, but took his ‘do not disturb’ sign and threw it on his floor in front of his bed! Yay for hospitality straight from India. Dont think ill ever consider visiting that country.

The man that checked me in wasnt nice and was a bit more rude than i wouldve liked. I ended up with a smoking room and he said " I didnt give it to you, you chose it!" I was baffled at first but i just smiled until i found out that they were charging me a $100 deposit along with the price of the room. There was burn marks all over the blanket even. Then, I Couldnt even get my deposit sent back to my card until they left to go check out the room. Again i was baffled. The lady was very nice as we were checking out though. We wont stay there ever again!

There were no roll away beds or porta-cribs like most offer. Thats ok but they would not give us ANY extra blankets or sheets without returning the ones we were using also same policy for towels but dont go to the office to get them bc i went 2 times. 1st young girl "we dont keep extra here" 2nd next day older man, "we cant give extra then people steal". Stayed 3 nights not one time was our room serviced.

There were bugs in my room. I took pictures, took them to the desk, and asked for a new room. They did not have a different room and the night gal claimed they were not the infestation type. They were indeed the infestation type. She states she could not give me a refund. We slept in the car. Next morning they tried to say because I had entered the room and moved a wash cloth and didn’t get my refund the night before, (from the same staff who said she couldn’t do that, and told me I would have to wait for the manager)- I was not eligible for a refund. Even Expedia tried and got no where with the hotel. Eventually the owner watched the video to prove I didn’t do anything but walk in and walk back out and I got a refund. This entire trip was sabotaged by trying to save a few dollars- Not worth it. Never will make that mistake again!!
