"The property was clean and tidy. We were met on time by property manager. Central heating was easy to switch on and kept flat cosy. We turned off bedroom heater as there was no window on bedroom. "Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
