A stylish detached holiday home, just across the road from a two mile stretch of beach and sand dunes…. Beach Plaice is a great property in the perfect spot - Seahouses is just a short walk away for local amenities and you have membership of the Ocean Club with its 20m pool, spa and fitness suites. This family friendly holiday home has four bedrooms sleeping eight guests, a lovely kitchen, comfortable living space and dining room with French doors onto the garden. There’s even a children’s play room kitted out with games, toys and a TV with Netflix. Beach Plaice has been awarded 4* Gold rating by VisitEngland and it’s just a five minute walk from the the harbour and the shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket.
This really is a great base for exploring this beautiful area - visit the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. 3 miles north is the impressive Bamburgh Castle which  clings to a rocky outcrop, and it’s just 5 miles to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway). Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0,.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally.

Living area: sofas, wood burning stove, side tables with lights, Freeview TV with Netflix and DVD
Kids Room: 2nd lounge area offering a smaller quiet room, 2nd Freeview TV with Netflix. DVD, X-box 360, games and outdoor toys, cds and DVD's.
First floor:

En-suite bathroom : bath, separate shower wash basin, WC.
Bedroom 2 : king size double bed.

Heating and hot water is supplied via an air source heating system. Electricity, included in the price. Welcome pack : Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a sweet treat. Welcome toiletries: Toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel - eco friendly products. Ocean Club Membership (charges apply) Fitness Suite, 20m pool, spa, and also free entry to Health & Beauty area (appointments required charges apply see treatment menu on site), and Coffee Shop.
Pets: 2 non-shedding well behaved dogs welcome. Dog crate, plastic dog bed and dog duvet available. @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Pets should not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture.
Please note : Beach Plaice offers its guests access to the members-only facility at the Seafield Ocean Club including its 20m pool, spa, a fitness facility in addition to the public areas of the Coffee Shop and Bistro, and Health and Beauty treatments. An entrance fee payable per visit.
