"The only problem I had is that the rugs in the halls were old and worn looking. But, it seems that the owners are working many repairs and updates as the flooring in the rooms is totally new. Pool area was newly painted and the grounds are nicely landscaped. The price was very reasonable."

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual ..."
