Charming elevated free-standing Villa overlooks the 18th fairway/ Lagoon of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. 14 FULL length floor-to-ceiling windows! Natural light! WOW... scenic views in all directions! TWO decks - top deck at the 2nd floor Villa entry or... relax on the covered lower deck... evening accent lighting... under cover out of the weather! A short 10 minute walk to our beautiful beaches AND the **Ocean Front Beach Club... pools... outside bar - restaurants - gift shop! Spacious & cozy with "open" vaulted ceilings & exposed beams. Awesome newer kitchen with GREAT space - & raised bar counter top! Two nice size bedrms (King & twin beds) & two full bathrooms. We even have four adult bicycles plus some beach chairs for you to use! Washer & dryer in the Villa! great spot -- we were there for my niece's wedding at the beach club so it was close and convenient! My wife liked sitting on the deck and listening to the birds and using her bird app to identify them.

Wonderful location tucked in a community of 11 sister properties that match their unique style . Convenient located by only short driving or biking distance to entrance 9 where dolphins and turtle patrol ladies frequently greet the newcomers . The entire island is feeding into majestic experience of this rental property , because it flows. Moreover the exploration on their bikes arranged availability right away makes you feel very welcomed. There is little wagon f young visitors and toys . Many other good details if sustainable vacation rental makes sense for new guests . Owners communicate clearly and promptly 😘😛.

What a fun new experience staying in a tree house! Everything we needed in a small but cozy place for my family’s trip to Seabrook Island. It was clean, spacious, and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our short trip to the beach.

This place was clean, full of every amenity you could need, and a lot more spacious than we pictured a treehouse to be. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we loved seeing the dolphins every day. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect little treehouse
This was the most perfect little treehouse for our family. Its in an excellent location close to the beach. The owners have already provided bikes and beach items so you wont have to bring anything! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Of course Freshfields is a short drive away with lots of excellent dining options. We will definitely be looking at renting this house again when plan another trip to Seabrook. This was the third house we have rented at Seabrook and definitely our favorite!

This villa is simple, but provides a comfortable setting to take in the wonders of Seabrook Island. Doug & Nancy were great with communication. The villas has a full kitchen complete with everything you could need to make and serve meals. The island is incredible, and the villa was just want we needed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 5th Wedding anniversary. It was an amazing stay. It was so quiet and we loved seeing the nature all around. We even used the bikes to go to the beach! We felt like kids again.

Fantastic vacation spot!
This place was perfect for our family of four! We loved the short walk to the beach and the bikes that were available. Beds were comfortable! I do a lot of cooking on vacation and was very pleased with the kitchen (maybe add one large fry pan and some microwave safe plates!). The owners were very helpful and kept in contact throughout the trip. I highly recommended this rental!

Perfect Stay!
We loved staying in the treehouse! The owners were so attentive and friendly throughout the process. We were there for a holiday visit, and despite unseasonably cold temps, we stayed cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the beds were great. Would love to come back in warmer months to use the bikes, the beach gear and enjoy the big deck and many windows. A really unique and fun place for a small family to stay on beautiful Seabrook Island!

Close bike ride to the beach, fabulous beach! You can enjoy for a fee the members facility which has a pool, library, work out room, pickleball courts plus daily activities. Outdoor deck, adjacent to the golf fairway, nice view. Easy drive to local market with retail and dining.
