This incredible cottage is waiting for you and your family for your next getaway! You'll have access to a shared pool, tennis courts, on-site golf, and a gym facility. There's also a playground near the home where your kids can play! The cottage itself comes with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, private laundry facilities, and modern amenities such as cable TV and free WiFi to keep you connected with friends and family. Leave your electric vehicle to charge at the cottage, and spend your mornings eating breakfast on the deck with beautiful views of the golf course.

This cottage includes a Seabrook Island amenity card at no additional fee. The fee is usually $25/day or $150/week, so this is a great added benefit of this property. The amenity card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a fitness center). Please note that the fitness center, indoor pool, golf, equestrian activities, and tennis require additional usage fees.

Great beach, vacation house!
The air conditioner worked great. Can drive to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy place to rinse off from the sand or the beach stuff under the house.

We drove our motorcycle 877 miles in 2 days to arrive at Seabrook Island. When we got to the guard shack we were told that motorcycles are not allowed on their island. Nothing was stated in our contract. Cockroaches were in our home when we arrived. They were treated for the next day. We had them again on Friday night before we left .

Offensive new policy at the Beach club
Loved the house. Getting “accurate” information about parking was non existent from the VACASA staff although they were very nice. They did not have a clue about the parking. And the new towel policy at The Beach Club is particularly offensive to me……charging $5.00 per towel per day with a policy that does not allow one to bring one’s own towel …..well, just not acceptable to me. …..a definite deterrent for me to rent again in Seabrook.

Perfect villa- just as pictured! We had everything we needed as it was well supplied with linens/towels, kitchen supplies, toiletries. Beautiful tucked away location on golf course lots of privacy. We loved it.

We liked: the large king bed was comfortable and slept well. The location was great! The noise level from neighbors was minimal. The blackout curtains were nice! The A/C was cool. The porch was a bonus.The grill was a nice touch. The water pressure was great. We did Not Like: the screen on the porch was busted, which meant mosquitoes, meaning we were unable to use it. The twin beds were low quality, and not comfortable at all. The structure shakes when the washing machine, dryer, A/C, or dish washer are running. We thought it was an earthquake, before we realized it was the appliances. The A/C unit is extremely loud (jet like) and it too shakes the structure. The burner on the front, right, burner and the oven are both difficult to gauge and we ended up burning several items before we figured it out. There was no broom to sweep up sand from the floors. The flooring was either cheap flooring or poorly installed, you can feel the corners while walking. The owner needs a locking mechanism for the trash can, trash panda's visited every night. I would say that in the 15 years we have visited this was below our average experience. The place was okay, but over priced.

Great Location on Seabrook
Really nice little house less than a mile from beach access. We stayed with our three boys and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rented bikes and the boys had fun exploring the island. Overall we had a very relaxing week.

Great vacation rental
This is a beautiful area and a very spacious rental. We rented bikes before we arrived, so they were there when we got there. It was so fun riding around the area on the bikes. Just a short easy trip to both beach access and the pool area. The house was in great working order and fully stocked. The sunroom was a bit dingy and could use an update but didn't stop us from enjoying our breakfast out there. My family is golfers, so we loved waking up to the sound of golf balls being hit off the course next to the house. Unfortunately, though, you also hear them mowing and grooming the courses very early. The Crooked Oaks course was one of the best my husband and son every played. Just beware of the additional charges for most amenities. It could start to add up if your unaware of that. Would definitely rent again,

Easy, fun and relaxing.
Seabrook is great and the 1151 Summerwinds was great! : ) Screened in porch is awesome and under the house was private and fun for our kids as we rented bikes and had a place to park them/use them easily. Beds were comfortable and living space was spacious and easy going. All and all, another great stay in Seabrook!

Fun on Seabrook
We had a great time ../ very cute cute cottage . Rented bikes and just chilled . The only complaints we had were issue with the TV ( needs to be instructions … 3 remotes ) . We also couldn’t get the backdoor to lock . There is a small bit of mold around the skylights that needs to be taken care of . We have skylights so I know how the moisture goes works on them. None of these were huge issues .. just things that need to be addressed.

Perfect, cozy getaway.
From the first moments upon entry, to the fresh linens and well-stocked kitchen, this home was an excellent choice for rest and relaxation. The enclosed back porch extended the space for family time, which was the entire purpose of the trip. This was a favorite VACASA experience!

One of our favorite stays in Seabrook
This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as pleasant and relaxing as the first stay was. We love Seabrook in general, and this property gave us easy access to the beach, pools, and enjoyable bike rides and walks. The beds were very comfortable (something we don't take for granted!), the kitchen is well-stocked, the area is very quiet, and we love the privacy and ease of having the whole cottage to ourselves. The screened-in porch was wonderful for breakfasts, afternoon naps, and just hanging out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

Lovely cottage - great for small families
Lovely cottage on golf course. Easy bike ride to beach and clubhouse. Great space for small families - kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We didn’t use the grill but there was a grill on the back deck. If arriving in Sunday, note the amenity card office doesn’t open until Monday morning so you’ll have to wait for pool access. Was nice to toggle between beach and pool with kids. Can’t wait for our next visit. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage close to beach, pools, and wildlife!
This was our first time staying on Seabrook island and it will most definitely be our new annual vacation spot. This is the cutest little island that is super laid back and relaxing if that’s what you’re looking for. This cottage was perfect for what we needed, however, a few minor issues (would probably give 4.5 stars for those reasons). We specifically chose a property that had a grill because we came during the “coming out of quarantine” time and wanted to be able to cook and grill at home. Kitchen was very well equipped, grill on the other hand was disgusting. Looked like it had never been cleaned, very fresh caked on bbq sauce from whoever used it last, and also after purchasing some nice steaks at the grocery to grill, the igniter wouldn’t even work. We figured out it needed a new battery, but after an hour of trying to get it cleaned and lit, the flames would never get high enough to heat (it appeared the heat knobs were broken as well) and the temp would never get passed 150 degrees. So we unfortunately had to cook or steaks on a skillet inside and gave up on the grill. There was a huge clump of hair clogging one of the bathtubs so it wouldn’t drain but we called maintenance and they came and fixed it right away. The rest of the house was very clean, had everything we needed, and met our expectations. The queen bedroom did have an issue with the French doors staying locked which the maintenance man addressed as well, but said it probably needed to be taken off the track so we just sort of let that go. Other than those issues (the grill was very disappointing) we loved the cottage and loved the screened in porch area. Very quiet and peaceful. A lot of wildlife close by which was very cool. It was a short drive to the beach or the pool. Wish we would’ve known about bicycle rentals sooner, we were late in the game for that so will definitely rent bikes for the week next time we are on the island. I recommend calling about the amenity card for the pool before you go, I took that recommendation from another review I read because there are no instructions on how to obtain that.
