Great Home in Beautiful Community
We had a wonderful long weekend staying in this beautiful condo. Seabrook Island is a great community with 2 golf courses and a great water front pool, clubhouse and bar. As a bonus Kiawah golf is 5 minutes away and Charleston is 45 minutes away. We will be back.

We had a fantastic time at Seabrook. The villa was comfortable and very well maintained. The owners really make this a place you can enjoy. Amy also checked in on us to make sure we got in safe and answered any questions we had. We have no hesitation on using this villa again.

Great condo!
Everything was basically perfect, can't really find anything to complain about except maybe the excessive number of emails from various sources which made getting into the house a little confusing. It was clean and comfortable, everything was set up just right and the property manager was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone! A little confusing getting around the development but the maps in the condo helped. Thanks for a great stay!

This is my second time staying on Seabrook island and it's just magical. There is so much to explore and sobmany dolphins. Amy was vwey responsive, the place is super cute and a great location. My sons loved all the extra snacks she left out.

Picture prefect stay
My family and I had an amazing time at this condo. The beach club was a quick drive, and offered all the amenities you could wish for. Beaches were beautiful, and uncrowded. We were lucky enough to catch a pod of dolphins feeding only feet away from where we stood. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Seabrook condo. Everything was perfect. It was A+++ clean, equipped with necessary supplies, and extremely informative information. The condo was decorated nicely. Thus, it was a pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed access to the beach club. We spent the days at the beach. The location was perfect for walks, bike rides, shopping, and restaurants. Pure Bliss
Just finished an almost 2 weeks stay at this lovely condo. A short walk or bike ride to the beach and every creature comfort you could ask for. Amy and Ollie are wonderful hosts/managers and extremely responsive. It’s the little extras like a gift basket, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee pods (and more) that make a big difference. Well-stocked kitchen, and one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on! I will be back soon!

Lots of Walking
This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Many recent updates were noted and plenty of linens provided. The walk to the closest beach access was longer than expected. Parking at the beach boardwalks was limited. There were other amenities available if the beach was not an option. We did get to the beach and it was clean and spacious. The name of the property led me to believe that beach access was walkable. Not so much for an older person or if you were transporting beach equipment. The Beach Club facility had adequate parking with ocean front pools and dining available. There was no beach access from this location but a walkable beach boardwalk nearby. Parking at this boardwalk #6, was more generous than others and there was a shower at the beginning of the boardwalk. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. There was no easy way to rinse off sand from your body or beach equipment prior to entering the condominium. Be aware of this before setting out to the beach.
