Words will not do justice to the island that is Seabrook. Nestled among the South Carolina barrier islands, Seabrook is a private, gated community committed to the preservation of the natural beauty that is so richly present all over the island. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, alligators, raccoons, and many other species. The peace and tranquility that exists on Seabrook simply must be experienced to be believed. Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses are Audobon certified and skillfully carved into the landscape to maximize the experience of nature during each round of golf. The Tennis Center is nationally acclaimed offering a dynamic tennis experience.

Access to other amenities includes a fitness center with sweeping ocean views, an olympic size swimming pool, a driving range, an equestrian center, several restaurants, and of course, the beach. The beach experience at Seabrook is very unique in that it is extremely private. Even in the peak times of summer the beaches are very uncrowded.

Great location!
I was in town for a conference and was surprised at how beautiful the location was! So close to great places like Freshfields and the Salty Dog Cafe, which I highly recommend. Taking a bike around all of the trails was great, as was getting to see the horses hang out near the equestrian center. The unit was clean and all the instructions were on point. Having a washer/dryer when your by the beach is a must and they work great. Had everything I needed. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

No surprises just a nice time!
Previous reviews by many others staying before us were all spot on and accurate in their descriptions. We also had a pleasant stay at this enjoyable property. Everything was working and functioning but just be a little patient with the refrigerators ice maker. Open pool was a bonus this late in season. Good place to stay for clean and comfortable accommodations!

Perfect place for a two-person getaway! It has everything you need and the owners are very helpful.
We love this small condo! It has everything : a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, nice screen porch for outdoor dining, a covered deck for relaxing, easy parking, convenient access 2 local outdoor sites. The owners could not be more accommodating.

Great condo in nice location with terrfic customer service
We so enjoyed our stay at this property on beautiful Seabrook Island. The owners were terrific and condo was very clean. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the screened porch and the added extras such as beach towels. The location is convenient and we used the bike rental service recommended.. good rates and sturdy bikes. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Great Villa!
Our stay on Seabrook Island was excellant, the villa we rented was just as listed and the pictures were right on target. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The owner was excellant and checked on us after we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. I would recommend this property to my friends and family without hesitation and have already told many of our friends what a wonderful time we had on the Island

This is by far the best Vrbo we've stayed in - it's very clean and comfortable. We loved that they had excellent beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. Bed linens and mattress was excellent; plenty of clean towels that actually felt clean! Brand new kitchen sponge provided. These seem like standard things, but many Vrbos do not do this! We will definitely be back!

An Amazing Stay
Just got home from an amazing 10 day anniversary trip with my wife. This place is so great; a perfect base for adventuring in the Charleston area. First time in the lowcountry for these Oregonians; location was great for a mix of easy island time and a few day trips to see Charleston and some of the area attractions. The villa is perfect. All as pictured - in good shape, well cared for, and clean. All the comforts of home and everything we needed! Location is great, comunity pool is fantastic, and Seabrook island is amazing. Tom and Ann (and John) are fantastic. Great communication and an immediate response for the one question/ need that popped up mid-stay. All in all, a fantastic villa in a great place with amazing folks that will make sure that all is taken care of. We will be back!!!

Well suited to our needs.
We enjoyed our stay at your comfortable condo. It was convenient to everything Seabrook Island has to offer. There were only two issues: upon arrival, the kitchen was dirty; we had to give it a good cleaning. However, the rest of the condo was fine. The other problem was that there are bees on the deck. Aside from these minor annoyances, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is definitely a great value for Seabrook Island.

Wonderful & Relaxing
My sister and I went here to get away from our 2 jobs each one of which is with kids and it was wonderful. We rarely saw other people around. There was never anyone on the beach or at the pool and the wildlife was amazing. Dolphins were all of five feet from the beach and pelicans were abundant as they dipped and dove in the water. . It was clean and well-maintained. The balcony, both open air and screened in were wonderful in the mornings for reading with your cup of coffee. The one thing I found notable was that they provide everything. There is tp, paper towels, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, etc. all your essentials. The kitchen is also very well stocked for a rental. We do a lot of cooking due to allergies and there were lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils. I had absolutely no complaints. I would gladly rent this condo again and I highly recommend it.
