Off the living room area, is a dining table with seating for 4. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances for your cooking and entertaining needs.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, sink with ample vanity space, and toilet.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

Freshfield Villages, set between Seabrook and Kiawah Islands, features over 30 shops and boutiques, an array of restaurants, spa services, and special events (like theatre under the stars and outdoor music). Downtown Charleston, SC is a 21 mile scenic drive. There are many sights to see in short driving distance including The Angel Oak Tree, Charleston Tea Gardens, Drayton Hall, Magnolia Plantation, Deep Water Vineyards, and more. LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens (including sheets for the sofa bed) and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

AMENITY CARDS: While this property does not offer amenity cards or club access, guests do have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex. The $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.
CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
