Cozy home and beautiful grounds
This was a nicely decorated and cozy home tucked in the trees and close to the golf course. Three decks provided great lounging and enjoying the morning bird songs. We rented bikes from alligator bike rentals and enjoyed the trails and beaches on two islands. Restaurants were numerous and close by with shopping as well.

Beautiful Unit!
The layout of this unit was perfect. The decor was fresh and new and most things were in great shape! We didn't cook while there, but the kitchen was very nice and seemed to be well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy and easy to navigate. Loved all of the outdoor seating. Everything was very well-thought-out.

Beautiful, relaxing home
The home was beautiful and just as described. There were a few complimentary owner effects such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and beach towels that were very much appreciated. The house was clean but there were some in progress/shelving boxes on top of the fridge that we moved into the laundry room just for visuals and in order to use that space. The house across the street was under pretty heavy construction, so there was a ton of noise during the day such as drilling, hammering, and shouting. Otherwise, this was the perfect spot, close to everything, and a lovely property.

Very sweet home
Great light. Comfy beds. Enfolded in the trees. Sweet home. 6 minute walk to beach. Amazing island. Some elements of the house could use some TLC. The master bedroom door wouldn't close, latch and lock, hand towel holder would fall out repeatedly, rugs caught under doors. Little things to anticipate going in. Overall though we enjoyed our stay here.

The dishes were filthy in the cabinet when we checked in. The deck was a mess and the kitchen was ill equipped. The master shower had no where to set soap or shampoo except the floor. We have been going to Seabrook for over 30 years during the summer and this was the most disappointing rental we have ever had.

Great stay for family of 4
My wife and I had a great stay. The cleanest rentals we have ever booked. House and kitchen had everything you could need. It was just as described. Beds were very comfortable and all appliances worked beautifully. There are two very selfish items I would recommend. 1. Another couch in the living area. Only one couch made it tough for the family to watch movies in the evening. 2. A grill. If you are like us and cook, this house does not have a grill. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Fix the access problem
Nice condo with good layout and furniture. There were two problems. The access code that we were provided to check in didn’t work. It seemed like the smart lock was broken but we weren’t notified in advance. The rental manager (Vacasa) said they would sent someone to help us gain access but they never did. This caused a major problem. The second issue is that there is no lock on one of the sliding doors downstairs. This made us feel uncomfortable with our two young kids sleeping downstairs by themselves

Lovely Location and Property
Family spring break trip with 2 kids and 2 adults. The house was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The house is in a large private community (about 10 min drive from gate to house). We purchased amenity cards and used the indoor community pool (additional community fee of $15 pp to swim). It was too cold to swim outdoors so happy to have the indoor option. The beaches were gorgeous, private and relaxing. We found many beach walks which were fantastic. We ate nearby (10-12 mins away) at Fresh Fields and loved The Salty Dog restaurant. The area was lovely, beaches gorgeous and house was very nice. Communication was all via automated text and so easy breezy. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
This property was great for our little family. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and well kept. I felt very comfortable with the children’s bedroom being downstairs and the master upstairs as all the doors to get outside have locks and are too heavy for small children to try to open. A few tips and this only would apply if you have nosey small children like we do. 1. Bring hair ties or rubber bands to keep all the cabinets closed so they don’t play in them/smash a finger. 2. Have something larger to block the bottom of the stairs so you aren’t chasing or saying no multiple times a day.
