This home has everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. Perched on the Sea Ranch bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you won't have to go far to experience the surrounding beauty. With shopping, dining, and local attractions just a short two-mile drive away in Gualala, everyone can easily enjoy all this area has to offer.

A quick drive puts you on the lush greens at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. Designed to emulate the classic courses in Scotland, golf lovers will be in for a treat as they enjoy the well-constructed course as it hugs the Northern California coastline. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers.

Bright and cheery, the vaulted wood-beamed ceilings frame the wall of windows, showcasing the stunning views. The bright hardwood floors mirror the ceiling, and with a contemporary, white color palette, this home has elements of elegance mixed in with its contemporary style.

Sink into the plush couch as you surf through the cable channels, or enjoy a movie night with a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. Connect to the free WiFi to send off that last work email as you revel in views from the living room. The private washer/dryer will help you with any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Step out on the deck and watch the waves roll in, as you fire up the BBQ to grill something everyone will enjoy. After dinner, enjoy a long soak in the private hot tub to ease the day away. The kitchen is designed to create a free-flowing environment and allow multiple people to help with creating a culinary masterpiece. As the day winds down, three plush bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, including a private suite above the garage.

We spent two nights at this fantastic property. People travel all over the globe to find vistas that this house offers. The bluff trail was wonderful to walk/hike. The house is located on the northern portion of The Sea Ranch making access to the golf course and town of Gualala very easy. Look forward to coming back to this gem!

Great value
The ocean views from the master bedroom are sublime. House is clean, kitchen is well equipped but pots and pans need to be upgraded. Do bring everything you need for cooking. Internet worked well, entertainment system is very outdated. The hot tub is great, much newer than it shows on the pictures. Bath and kitchen cabinets show some signs of wear. The proximity (just steps) to the bluff trail is an extra plus! The entry to the "Crow Nest" bedroom (above the garage and detached from the house) needs major updates and the bedroom has a musty smell. TV in that room is totally outdated. This is a great house and we will definitely stay there again.

Great Ocean Views, Spacious, Comfortable!
The home was very comfortable, and roomy. Was very clean. New jacuzzi is great, excellent views, location on the bluff, unobstructed ocean views. Great art in the home too. Owners seem to be continually updating, which is great. Enjoyed the Community/Sea Ranch "Del Mar" pool very much. This home and "Sea Ranch" made for an ideal week. I would stay again.

VRBO tracks in larger fee after vacasa's fee. House is not very clean (dirty windows, dust in corners) The house has lots of windows and gets very warm, but most of windows do not open and some of shades are broken so don't go all the way down. Guests should be told how to access bluff trail without annoying neighbors. One of the neighbors vented about this.

Great house in Sea Ranch on the Bluff
This is a very nice property on the bluff trail at Sea Ranch. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental property, though they need a large cutting board. The online photos of the hot tub must be outdated because the home had what appears to be a brand-new unit that worked smoothly. Overall a great sea-side escape!

Very disappointing
Although the location is fabulous, this home is poorly maintained and needs to be updated. The oven and ice maker did not work, the dish washer door mechanism was broken. The carpets were stainedand weeds were growing through the deck.

Double R is 5 Stars!
What a beautiful property and amazing experience. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and special this place is. From the fully-equipped kitchen to gorgeous new hot tub and dual fireplaces, this place is stunningly fantastic. Vacasa also did an impeccable job of everything. We were greeted by the warmest day in months and spent an afternoon dancing on the patio in the sun and listening to music, which was a mistake because we unfortunately disturbed the neighbor. Thankfully we got the message and toned things down. Sincere apologies we were not ideal guests, but what an amazing time we had at Double R!

Location and views were outstanding. Burned out lights took away from condition as well as drops of water on the floor from skylights after rain but overall the property was as described. The separate 3rd bedroom became an issue when rain fell on the path from main house to garage entrance.

Great Experience
Overall great experience, place just as advertised. Two small issues though. The oven took a very looong time to warm up (over an hour) and the barbeque is falling apart (the grill had so much rust it disinegrated when touched-- we were able to find a suitable grill in the kitchen to use in place so it was fine but just thought I would mention. Artwork was very interesting.

Beautiful location
Overall the house was very nice. Large and with the most wonderful views. A few quibbles, the hot tub kept running (they sent someone who showed us how to turn it off) and the TV is tiny. But overall it was fine. And the master bedroom is simply amazing.

Ocean bluff paradise
Words cannot begin to describe this ocean bluff sanctuary. Trails out the front door, bird life, deer and the soothing sounds of the ocean made for a perfect stay! The property felt like a real home, not just a rental. We’ll return!

Relaxing Family Getaway
We took a nice break from the covid-19 doldrums and rented a lovely house in Sea Ranch. Ocean views from the house. We saw whales, seals, and otters. There’s a great bluff trail just steps away perfect for morning or evening hikes. The house was a bit quirky (some odd steps, backward faucets, stove and oven had a few issues, but nothing major). But the home is well stocked and we felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we entered. We spotted other wildlife around the neighborhood - a huge jack rabbit, deer, and a fox! I only wish we booked a second week.

Unique, spacious property
A few requests: PLEASE install some dark curtains or blinds in upper windows of downstairs bedroom (windows above outside entry). Very uncomfortable in the morning with the sun shining on your head. Also, PLEASE repair/adjust windows in the downstairs bedroom. They cannot be opened; they are stuck.Also faucets in downstairs bedroom are VERY hard to turn. Otherwise we loved the house and would so love to come again. Please let us know when these items are taken care of so we can return. Thanks!

We had an AMAZING time at the Double R. Clean, well appointed, comfortable accommodations, with all the amenities for our family, including being able to bring our furry friend! The view and neighborhood are one of a kind! Waking up to the sunrise in the upstairs Master - WOW!! And sitting out under the stars at night ... it was like we could reach out and touch them. Beds were comfortable, lots to offer in the way of entertainment (TV, books, games, hot tub, walking path, strong internet). I can't think of anything I would change. We hope to make this an annual event!

Gorgeous views in a dog friendly house
The views amazing a this location. The house is fine for people not wanting to stress over having the four legged family member along. The furniture was comfy, it definitely gets used, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds in the main house very comfy. The bedroom that is separate from the main house was cute, suited our family well although that bed wasn’t as comfy. Overall fun place, great location, the house could use some TLC in a few spots, but what ocean front home doesn’t need constant maintenance! I’d would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, great location but needs many improvements for the price.
Liked the layout and of this home, however there were numerous problems we encountered. This home does not feel well taken care of. The master bedroom had a terrible leak due to broken slider frame. The noise during the storm was unbearable so at midnight we moved up to the 3rd bedroom. It smelled like moldy garage,, and the hot water ran out with bathtub only half full twice, and plug would not work either.The room is not worth more than $50/night. Bed is comfortable. Laundry soap ran out after 4 loads. We tried to vacuum our dogs fur but vacuum lost a wheel. Lighting is poor over dining room table. And finally, the master shower water pressure is poor so the room is drafty and cold. , The plugs had no power. A room heater might help. I would not stay here again for the price . Upgrades and TLC needed to make this a home away from home.

Amazing Location
The weather was amazing for our stay. We saw sea lions and dolphins from the trail right outside the patio. There were a few minor issues that prevent a five star rating. However, we will definitely stay here the next time our family goes to Sea Ranch.
